New York watched on as the states began looking the files over. Hearing Vermont, he decided to answer her statement, although she hadn't really asked a question. "Yes, that's correct. According to our information sources, within the last month, America has spent about 36% of his time with New Hampshire alone," he said, and to clarify that he wasn't trying to offend the state, added "Of course, this only proves how close she and America are, and that she will without a doubt be one of the most passionate about rescuing him."

"But who cares, like what New York said, you'll be more willing to rescue him. Because you love him." Vermont laughed and New Hampshire just rolled her eyes and sighed.

California woke up to Bella barking at who knows what. She yawned, and jumped up, staring outside of the van. Maybe I should go to New York? It's been lonely here lately.. Hm.. She drove off to where her privte jet was hidden away, ready for lift off anytime. By the rate of speed that things goes.. I should get there quickly!

Let's see... black hair, a few scars on her right arm, evil (because being 2P and not evil is like, being Italy and not wanting pasta ;-;), a jerk pretty much, but she is friends with all of the other states.
