Moon was shocked "Who would do that! Honestly mares can be really stupid." She said with a hiss and said "We need to talk to him."

Star didn't think it was the greatest idea her mother had came up with.

"Ummmm...," Aurora gently nibbled nervously at her lower lip, and shook her head, "Mom, I dunno if that's the best idea. I mean, if you really want to, you can try, but I think he's too far gone. It's all I can do to make sure he eats and takes care of himself! He'll probably just get upset..."

Moon nodded "I know, if he doesn't hear it from me, he's gonna hear it from you two."


Star said "That might work." She smiled slightly at her sister.

Aurora just shook her head sorrowfully. "You guys, I hate to say it, but you weren't here. You just don't understand what bad of shape he's in. We're honestly lucky that he's still alive. I've gone to see him, and the next day I'll go to check on him and he'll say something like, 'Aurora! I haven't seen you in a month! Where have you been?!' and I try to tell him that I was there the day before, and he won't believe me at all. And that's ME. I'm the only one he's spoken to since you two left without saying good-bye!" Tears ran down her cheeks, pooling onto the ground as she sobbed, no longer withholding her emotions. "Do you know how hard it was?! Being alone like that?! I didn't have anyone to lean on -- there was only one male who was there for me, and then another mare went and tried to take him away, and I haven't seen him since! I lost my father to madness, my mother and sister to I didn't even know what, and then I lost my could-have-been mate because I was so depressed about it all!"

She giggled. "Great! I was afraid you would be scared to go out of the stables. She smiled and opened the gate. Her smiled grew broader. "This place reminds of the song Paradise, once you see it you will know why. She trotted a bit. "We might want to trot a bit so that way we can see it before the sun gets dark!" She smiled, scenting the familiar scents, it was only about half a mile away and she could tell she was already almost half way there. She smiled at the pretty sunset, this one seemed more special and beautiful than any other. She wanted to hug the sky for being so beautiful, it was times like this she had hoped that she was an artist. She sighed in pure bliss and they weren't even there yet. She looked towards him and pointed to the sky. "Ever drawn a sunset?" She asked. "They seem like a perfect thing to sketch!" She looked towards the sky while she was still trotting, they had still like three minutes to go. "Almost there!" She whinnied clearly excited and light on her feet. She wanted to sing so badly.

Snowy giggled. She began to strut her stuff and act all sassy, she was joking around. She paced alongside him slipping on the end cord, "Whoa!" She tripped and fell. She snickered. She got up and began helping with the decorations, not realizing before she and Coal had became mates she had a photo of him that had lip gloss stains, that she had stolen the lip gloss from Mel, was in there. It fluttered to floor and she didn't realize it, at all. She merely looked at the decorations. "I think they are perfect, Coal!" She giggled and looked at them. The photo was laying face side up on the top of the hay by Coal, Snowy still didn't realize it, she would be dying of embarrassment if he ever saw the lip gloss stained photo of him. Now, she would probably laugh about it. She put up a reindeer with a bright red nose. She snickered and put up some more stuff. She noticed something that caught her eye, their seemed to be a picture on floor. She choose not to look closer in case it was a present or something like that, little did she realize what it actually was.

Dot smiled at the sight of him flying. He felt so happy seeing him fly so gracefully for his second try. "Go Fireworks!" He cheered. He winked at him. "Someone might turn out to be a better flyer than me when they fully learn to fly! I wonder who that could be.......?" He smiled at Fireworks, he was growing up so fast and quickly his eyes filled with happy tears, he wiped them away before, he hoped anyone saw. He flew up there with him. "See not so hard is it?" He smiled. "I'm right here if you need me!" He flew close by and smiled, knowing he probably wouldn't need help. He hovered toward the top of the barn and then swooped down next to him. He showed Fireworks loopy loops and fun tricks to do in the air. He flipped and did a backward flip right after.

Moon said "You don't understand, didn't Star tell you about the car crash? Your aunt passed away so did your cousin Pocka, Ginger died. And Desiree lost her voice, I broke a hoof they had to replace it," she showed Aurora the metal hoof she had, it was spray painted gold.


Star started to sob and said "I was the only one that lived with no scratches."

"I UNDERSTAND THAT!" Aurora choked out between sobs. "Don't you think I'm sad about that too?! But I didn't even know to worry for you! I didn't know that you had been in a crash because you didn't even tell me you were getting in a car to go somewhere! Dad thought you had left him for another male. He cried himself to sleep for weeks and Anastasia had to force-feed him for a few days because he refused to eat at all. And now he's just a ghost. He's not Dad anymore. I've lost all of the life I had and I... I...," She hiccuped pathetically, "I don't know who to be without all of it!"

Moon said "Ginger dragged me and Star in! I was going to say where I was going but Ginger dragged us in the car!" She was upset and worried at the same time.

"I didn't say it was your fault," Aurora whimpered, sniffling softly as she tried -- mostly unsuccessfully -- to wipe away her tears. "I was just... so worried, and no one knew what was happening and it was just me and Dad and then he slipped away and we all lost something Mom." She chattered on nervously without really knowing that she was doing it at all, her eyes were dull but shiny with tears.

Moon said "We must go see him, all of us." She was confident but worried at the same time.
