Kisha, since she was a german shepherd, heard a cracking noise in the hip. The dogs hip bone, or pelvis, was a few inches up. She let go as soon as it stopped struggling.

Bailey began to feel her eyes swell with tears as she watched the older dogs fight. In a quick second, Bailey curled up in a tight ball, whimpering to herself, eyes shut tight.
