@ Nosey: I had a thought... some people still half-heartedly believe that their stuff vanishes when they lose it (at out house, we say it took a holiday in the eighth dimension or was displaced in time, but we're science geeks.) What about a bunch of gremlins that steal your glasses, keys and remote when you put them down? Also, everything by Terry Pratchett is good. ^-^ Read them aaaaaall. Hogfather is especially seasonal though (though it's the fourth book in the Death series. I read them out of order though, so...)

@Harlequin Raven (can I call you Harley? Or Quin? or Raven?): d'Awww, thanks! (As a matter of fact, when I saw your form posted, I added you to my freinds lists - which is basically that of RPers I'd like to keep track of. :3) And that's true! In Japanese culture, cats are generally considered very lucky. (I'm not sure about black cats in particular though.) Common subjects of belief but not common beliefs are hard.

and re: Mirrors (Iri and Neon, I think): Hahaha we're not crazy (probably). It's actually a fairly common belief. Oh oh! I have a quote about that. :3

Something I really want is a simple 1x1 or 1x1x1 where each person RPs a character related to the other in some way by a prophecy or whatever. The result of this is mostly undecided but left to be RPed out, likewise, both people pull in villains/allies/etc when needed, not posting for anyone but the original main prophecy characters when not.
With magic and fantasy and the rest of course.

It's simple and those types have lasted the longest in my experience.

Also. I want to RP fairies. Is that weird? .-.
