Oh, press Alt and 3 at the same time (the 3 at the right side of the keyboard). You can make all sorts of little icon/things when you press Alt and another number. ♂ ♀ ↕ ☼ + <--- all made from a combination of Alt and a number.

Thanks, Uon, but I can never do the gender symblos...oh, and I have a laptop, so no side numbers
