To my dismay, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't keep my mind from drifting in and out of conciousness. One minute I would be seeing a brilliant white and the next I would be sitting in my car. In the car my dad and I were driving down a dark road. The trees loomed over us and my heart rate quickened for some reason. Glancing over at my dad he was on the phone but I couldn't hear a word. I tried to ask but no words came out of my mouth. There was only silence. My mind started to go into overdrive and I started to panic. I had not the slightest clue of why we were driving and where we were going. It seemed like the knowledge was there but something was making it blurry. My brain couldn't grasp what was going on and it frustrated me and frightened me.

My eyes flew open and standing beside me was my mother. Her eyes were wet and her cheeks red and puffy. it was obvious she had been crying and for a while. "Mom?" I asked softly, reaching my hand out and grasping hers. My mother just grinned and squeezed my hands. I realised my father was missing so I lifted my head up as far as it would go and looked around the room. My father was no where to be seen. "Is dad okay?" My mother nodded and propped myself up onto my elbows. Nurses buzzed around the room and I looked down at my legs to see that I was lying in a hospital bed. The more I tried to think the more my head started to hurt. My memory was fuzzy and I had no idea where I was. The only thing I could remember was my own name and my parents. My breath started to come in short gasps as I realised the true severity of the situation. "Shhh baby. Just lie down," my mother cooed softly while running her fingers through my hair. Releaxing under my mother's touch I closed my eyes and drifted off into sleep.

The feeling of someone's cold hands grabbing my hand jolted me from my slumber. My eyes opened and they fell upon a boy with short dark brown hair. I pushed myself backwards out of his reach with my hands. The boy had used my nickname, only people who knew me would know my nickname. Like people who really knew me. This boy was a stranger, I didn't recognize his face at all. Nothing was familiar, yet this boy obviously knew me. "Who-who are you?" I stuttered my voice still a little fragile.

Any semi-lit/lit RPs you have: None at the moment. I only do 1x1's now that school has started along with Basketball.
