Living with Chubs- A Chub horse roleplay

The mare looked up into the tree where she had heard a Chub call to her, she drifted up to the Chub in the tree, making no noise. "You seem to be stuck" she said in a smooth and sweet voice. She held a hoof out to him "Grab on" she said with a smile.

(Yeah, sorry, TGenie. ^-^" There's no actual foal. Just one in the roleplay.)

"And I would have to say the same thing about you. I think the only problem is..." Sunny took a deep breath, but he knew he had to let it out, the thing was making his stomach tie up in knots and his head pound. Finally he just blurted it out, "... when I talk to you I feel like I'm talking to a friend and not a mate." He paused, then elaborated, "I mean, I guess that's not such a bad thing, but I'm not sure I could have a foal with someone who I thought of as just being my friend and... and... I don't know how to fix it!"

Isabelle reappeared in the pasture, she had been gone for a while and looked shakier and odder than ever, however, her mane was curled and pressed, very shiny and silky, like it had been treated. There was a new little filly at her side, one who looked to be nothing more than a little pink newborn. "Home sweet home." She whispered as she wandered toward the stables, the little foal on her back struggling to hang on to her staggering mother.

Fury grew hot in embarrasment but then finally gave in and held on to her hoof. When he touched her, his life seemed soothed by warmth and love. " Thanks." Fury said shyly. Though he didn't have any feeling for her because they just met he could see sparkles in her eyes that were glissfull in the sunlight. She was absolutly beautiful.

"Oh Sunny! It's fine. I love you as a friend only right now, but maybe just as long as we are friends our lives will be perfect. So you don't have to worry about a foal to take care of and I don't have a third child! " Bella laughed amused.

Fishbowl whinnied softly as he trotted up to Kat again and once again offered her the drawing he had made of the stables. It was realistic, yet looked as alive -- perhaps even more alive, like it lived and breathed -- than it did in real life. He was inspired by them, and for some reason, his owner had wanted him to give it to Kat. He studied her curiously as he held out the paper like an offering.

Dot smiled at his son, he was so proud. Dot smiled at the foal and pointed. "I'm dad!" Dot smiled at Prism and Sammy. "Wanna come say hi?" Dot smiled with relief. "I'm so glad, that I didn't miss his first! I never thought that I could feel this way but you guys have proven me wrong. Hey, Sammy do you know where Isabelle is? Shouldn't she be taking care of Prism?' He asked curiously. He was confused, he has seen Isabelle and Sammy watching Prism sleep, why wasn't she here watching her foal? He gave up on wondering and nuzzled little Fireworks, giggling at his already playfulness. "Look, he has my jokester part !" He giggled.

Snowy nuzzled him back and kissed him. "It's not just that!" She neighed, still worried. She looked at him with huge eyes. "Thank you for doing that for me!" She sighed. "There was a body out there, I didn't know who's it was or wanted to know so I went back to my stall, I got scared. I hope it isn't anyone I know or my mother or sisters or adopted Dad!" She sighed so scared on the inside, it was eating her alive, who was that chub. "I'll go find out!" She neighed bravely. She stepped towards the barn doors once again.

Sunny breathed a deep sigh of relief, and his eyes rolled a little playfully before he smiled. "I have to admit, I was a little nervous about having a foal. My dad... he was great when I was a kid, but my mother, she had another child, and he wasn't around much. I feel really bad for the little one, but there's not much I can do, you know? I couldn't force him to be around when she was little! I'm... kind of scared about the kind of dad I would be to my foals."

"Isabelle?" Sammy asked, tearing her eyes away from her little brother to give her stepfather a thoughtful look. "You know, I haven't seen her around for a while. She was there, and then I took a nap with Prism and when we woke up, she was gone again. I think she went out to do something outside of the stables. I'm sure she'll be back." Prism hesitantly trotted into the stall so she could be standing beside Sammy again, looking slightly nervous and out-of-place. "Hi little brother, I'm your big sister, Sammy, and this is Prism," Sammy chirped. Little Fireworks glanced at all of them, then chirped, "Ma, da, Sa, Pri."

"I'll come with you, you shouldn't have to do something you're nervous about all alone." Coal retorted, stepping up to be at her side and gently brushing his shoulder against her's -- although to be honest, the thought of death was one of the only things that truly frightened him, especially now that hew as no longer a loner and had Snowy to love and protect. Death was the only thing who could steal him away from her, and that was what truly terrified him.

Once the chub grabbed onto missy's hoof she glided towards the ground. Once they were on the grass she noticed the chub was rather rosy in the face "do not be shy' she said in a soothing voice. She then vanished into thin air, all that was left of her was a pink wisp of dust.
