ok off topic kinda but i have a quick question: is the person who voices that fashion designer pony in the episode "Suited for Success" the same one who voices Discord or am i mistaken?

Discord was voiced by de Lancie. Hoity Toity was voiced by Trevor Devall(I think).
So, no, it's not the same person.
