Vesta sighed, Quaint, have you met Ametye?' she asked him, jumping onto his back and stroking his neck and scratching under his scales where he liked it. A curl of smoke came from his nostrils.

Quaint didn't look up. No. But we'll have time for that later. A nice hot dragon bursting with life isn't the best creature to be around. Nether am I but than again I'm worth the risks. He grinned standing up. You know what i said about not running Akiko? Well now's the time to run!

The shadow detached itself from the darkness and growled deeply.

Vesta nodded, she patted Ametye and he flew a little higher, he then dived down and scooped up Akiko and Quaint in his claws. Being careful of Akikos wing.

Quaint laughed gripping onto a talon. Yahoo! Nice work Mr dragon Sir.

The shadow snarled uttering a long and mournful howl.

'Thanks Ametye' she sent the Dragon as her scooped her up then she looked down at the shadow creatures then she turned her head to look at quaint 'So What Would i do if i ever come upon those creatures again?, if i can`t fly nor, do i have a giant dragon near By' she asked him mentally.
(wont be on most likely at all tonight or tomorrow spending my birthday weekend at a friends house)

Ametye nodded his large head, 'It is not a problem feathered one. We would not be wanting your lovely feathers strewn around the campus now would we?' He laughed to himself. Vesta shook her head and shielded her mind, not wanting any intrusions from certain winged people.

Nothing dear, the shadow is not supposed to be in this world. My fault I admit. Quaint said brushing his hair out of his eyes. He grinned at Ametye's words. I'm sorry Ametye, I forgot to thank you. He patted the dragons paw. Good work. Now feel free to land were you wish, it can't track us in the air.

Ametye almost dropped Quaint hen he patted his foot, being a bit ticklish. Vesta laughed, when he almost dropped him. Ametye glided down to a large clearing and settled on his hinds legs, trying not to fall on his front legs and squashing Quaint and Akiko. 'Good job buddy' Vesta said, hugging Ameytes leg.
