Happens to me all the time. I go to trade with someone, see I'm on their foe list, go look at past trades and 90% of the time it's a trade I cancelled saying they broke my trade rules.

Yes, my thought was that it's one rare, and not only is that just about all my newborns when I adopted the max amount I could, but I have no idea what rarity they'll turn out to be.
