Oekaki isn't working. I can't use buttons when trading pets. I can only add by ID number

You need Java in order for these features to work. Try reinstalling it from http://www.java.com/

I have this problem but only with tradeing, Oekaki still works. I have tried to re-install java but the problem persists, are there any other solutions to this?

To have trading work properly you need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser settings. That is something entirely different than Java.

I do have a question myself though. I own an artshop, and I have a customer asking me to draw something for them that is an unadopted adoptable, which neither my customer nor I have drawn ourselves. Is it possible for me to do art for them?

You mean somebody is ordering art from you of a character they don't own?
Honestly it depends if the owner of the species minds and if there's a rule about it in their thread/Oekaki/etc. I know a couple of species don't allow people to order art of a unadopted pet, but some do.
It would be best if you checked the species thread/Oekaki/etc to see if there's a rule against it. ;3 And if it's unclear, PM the owner.

Ok so I have a question that I haven't been able to find the answer to. People post pictures of pets they want in the forums. How do they do this? I know how to do it with pets I have I just use their code but I don't understand how to post a picture of one I don't have. Help please?

They get the pet's picture from the Archive.

When you click on 'My Pets', at the bottom of the page is a group of links with a big heading: Manage groups. One of them is a link that says 'Create a new group to organize your pets'. Follow the instructions there to make a new group to put your pets in. :3
