Felimentals (feline elementals) are cats with the power over the 4 basic elements: fire, earth, air, and water. Their patterns vary wildly, but even without their elements showing one can still tell the difference by their fur colors. Most walk about with something from their element floating about them.
As their name suggests, they have control over an element. Only one though, no felimentals can have power over more than one. All felimentals gain their element at a young age. At birth, their fur is plain white, but after choosing an element, their fur changes over a month's time (30 days) and their patterns are set. Felimentals cannot change their element once chosen.
Felimentals are reguarded for their colors and patterns, some even have been taken in and revered as holy or treated as royalty. This can also be because Felimentals can only breed once a year so they are few and far between. They mate for life and only ever take one mate. If their mate should die they will not take another. Felimentals always have an even number of kittens, 2 to 6 per litter. Its incredibly rare for them to have an odd amount of kittens, in these rare cases there have never been more than 5 in the litter. At full maturity, the kittens generally leave the parents, and their owners, but don't always (these are generally the ones who cannnot breed and therefore stay mateless).
As strange as some find it, Felimentals can speak in the human tongue and can be taught different languages. Some even work as translators for their owners if needed. They are very artistic creatures, it's not uncommon to see owned Felimentals carrying a bag of art supplies while traveling.
Felimentals can sometimes have horns or antlers, they can have 1 of 3 tails (short, medium, long), and sometimes have bigger, poofy manes.
There will be 1 posted each week, per artist, every tuesday. Artists' choice on how their form will look, posting for the pet will be availble from tuesday to sunday. Midnight CS time all posting will be closed and the artist has all day monday to pick the best form and post the new owner on the pet's page. Owners can only have two, mated or not, any kittens the Felimentals have do not count towards this. If the parents are not owned by the same person, half go to the mother and half to the father. Before they split, kittens must stay with the mother for at least 3 weeks. At 3 weeks the kittens are able to see fully, but are still a little wobbly on their feet, and can be weened from the mother to be moved to the father's residence.
Also, side note, water felims have control over ice.
