Does anyone else have an issue where other people's forms for roleplays put them off? Either cause they are so bad, or so detailed you feel you could never meet those expectations?

To be quite honest, I seriously dislike making forms. Either I don't have the right muse or time for it or I finish (with a decent outcome) and the roleplay never touches off.
--> I kind of want to make a roleplay where the form format would be very simple, if not a basic idea of the characters. I have some plots in mind but I'm not quite sure where I'm getting at right now...

Asian: I know exactly what you mean. I've been intrigued by the general idea of several RPs, but as soon as I look through the forms and see a snowstorm of cliches, I just want to flee. The people with the characters are literate and everything, but the characters themselves are just not... creative? *sigh* Interacting with a cookie cutter is so dull.

Oh, while I'm complaining, people who post pictures of actors as their characters bug me. I immediately think, hey, it's Moriarty! Or Tony Stark! I've got the people's faces so closely linked with their characters, it's disorienting to try to think of that face matching their character. xD

Every girl is selfless and can defend herself, but might be a bit reckless. A quick mind and manipulative ways added to that. Throw in a dash of chivalry, a pinch of love for animals, and a teaspoon of great morals. Also, make sure to add pretty, knowing eyes to your girl and she must have an agile figure, if not too strong. Even if you girl has a cruel past, she is still very pretty save for maybe one scar that doesn't detract from her overall prettiness if cooked correctly.
Often time these cookies have a hard outer-shell that require a truly understanding male character to unlock the mushy needy heart inside.

The celebrity thing in the extreme. If I see one more character with a one direction picture, I swear-

Favourite type of RP: It varies depending on my mood. I mostly go for historic fantasy or sci-fi, humanoid, animal or any in-between.

Role-play sample: There have been many emergencies, but none like this one. None as meaningful. As connected. As condemning. Moments in time, where as she ran one choice would either transform or destroy her. A simple thought, so little as acceptance or denial, tumbling reckless into her mind. Into the pitfall. Pulling taunt every muscle, along the same twinge of disbelief. Longing for some hope that never comes.

She runs. Eliminating the impossibilities as the door looms closer. White sterile walls cradling the answers to her mind. Churning too the idea that for one moment, when she saw his eyes, those sharp amber pupils correlating the blase of the sun, weren't his. She felt exposed. Frozen at the chasm - the edge of the corridor, awaiting the final tick her thoughts had caught up into. Under the menacing door, reflecting red smudges off a clean pane of glass. The red of her clothes. As heated as her sweaty palms sliding over the door handle.

This was the moment that would change a large part of her life, and somewhere along the line, with trembling hands pulling down the handle, she knew this. A hard groan sounded from the door as she pushed again. Slamming her body up to the wood. Every muscle tensing as again she pushed. And again. Why wouldn't this open? Please... open.

Any semi-lit/lit RPs you have: On here, no. I haven’t had the chance to properly browse or set one up. I do on other sites, however most of them are through mail and therefore private.
