Portugal (Afonso Fernando Silva-Carriedo he is said to be Spain's older bro.) People in Portugal have two last names btw.

Afonso has a loud mouth and tends to swear quite a bit. He's very competitive, especially when against his little brother Antonio. Very polite and and kind if you can get his constant hot temper to calm down, but don't take him with too much seriousness as he usually does not think about what comes out his mouth. He's very indirect with giving advice or an opinion but very sincere. Avoid getting on about his love life. He may ignore what you say and believe what he wants or completely deny everything. When he becomes really angry or depressed he will tend to drink away the problems. (Quite scary if he has too much, kinda similar to Arthur but closer to how Antonio is.) He spends most of his time with: Lovino, Antonio, Arthur, Netherlands, and occasionally: Alfred, Ludwig, Gilbert, Feliciano, and Honda. He can be seen with a few others though. He actually will get jealous and be very overprotective if those he is closest to hang out with others. Especially, and he'll never admit it, the ones he loves. He does not like France and hates that Spain even goes near the guy. About him on a more hobby area, he loves music, arts and baking, but not professionally, just casually. Do not expect him to give you things without expecting something in return, a simple Thank you is not enough unless you are close to him. He is all around a good guy, also very humerous and sarcastic, stay on his good side and he'll be sure to stick around..But just don't get him angry. That Portuguese temper is not one to mess with.

OC or Canon:

The picture I used was drawn by Himaruya and is thought by many to be Portugal. But I'll say OC for now since his personality is unknown and Hima hasn't flat out said that he is Portugal, only hinting that they have appeared with hidden faces in Hetaween 2011 I'm pretty dang sure though since the Fem! version is next to Fem!Spain. Also up to you if you would consider him Canon or not. C:

It's seems he is most commonly paired with Arthur, Lovino and Netherlands (I don't know what Netherlands human name is XD)
