Rainsong
Rain song was a huntress, very quick in movement, but not so strong. So she wasn't panting all too hard herself by the end of it, especially as she has good endurance. Although, the male had won by quite a few furlongs. "Wow, your fast!" She purred, rather impressed.

Eaglestar nodded, approaching the blood. "Let me know if you see or smell anything helpful." she told Nightfang, glancing over her shoulder. The leader examined the area carefully, searching for loose fur, blood spatters, crushed stalks of grass; any signs of a fight. As she went, she searched for any unusual scents besides the blood, which was indeed cat blood; Nightfang hadn't been mistaken about the blood of prey as Eaglestar had hoped.{@Allyna: Could you PM me what actually happened? I need to know what Eaglestar should be finding.}
TheCalicoTabby wrote:The wind changed directions, and Lightpaw raised her head, scenting the air. She was curious as to who it was out here. Her fur bristled as she realized the scent was startlingly unfamilar; not a clan cat. Only yesterday she'd been exited to meet someone outside the clans, but after the attack on her friends she was wary. She wanted to run---but no. She couldn't. She was an apprentice, not a kit. She'd have to confront someone this close to the camp. It was in the warrior code, wasn't it? This wasn't really their territory, but they still needed to defend themselves. And if it was the cat that had hurt her friends, she wasn't letting them get away. The small apprentice stood tall, pushing through the grass.
TheCalicoTabby wrote:Pineclaw shrugged. "Guarding the camp, mostly." replied Pineclaw, not wanting to worry the kit by mentioning the fight. "Can't wait to get out of here." he added, flicking his fluffy tail towards the grass. "Looking forwards to actually seeing that new forest Eaglestar goes on about."
Leah gnawed at the rabbit bone absently. There was still a bit of the rabbit left, though she knew it would go bad if she left it much longer. At least it was getting colder; it wouldn't have lasted this long in the summer heat. She was tempted to eat the rest now, but ignored the temptation as she always did. She'd eat it before she slept; it would be nice, not going to sleep with an empty stomach. She'd have to find some more prey soon, though. The clan cats were sure to be getting to know each other better by now; she probably wouldn't be able to stalk right into camp and take something from the pile again without being spotted as an outsider. She sighed. She'd think of something.
Miststep shivered, slipping through the tall grasses. The scents were getting stronger, she was sure of it. She'd already passed what was certainly an abandonned camp; even though it was half crushed by a monster, the scent of cats was strong. And it was an ideal location; a sheltered area hard to find in the grassland. She'd spent the night in a hollow stump there, the remains of a nest still intact, even though the monster had torn open the side. She paused, sniffing a clump of fur caught in between two stalks of grass. A clan cat, clearly, if not one she recognized. Perhaps from one of the other clans? She'd scented them travelling with FlameClan. Of course Eaglestar would want to keep everyone together. The leader had never been one to turn away cats in need of help, wherever they may be from. Miststep admired that. She tried to be open minded, but couldn't help but feel nervous around cats not from her clan.

Leopardpaw nodded, very intent on listening to him. "Well, that's go ask for help." she motioned towards the den, "Do you want me to..go with you?"
I am remaking my account, I am now Spencicorn. I wanted to start fresh on Chickensmoothie, I am not making several accounts, I will change this password to something random and never come back. It's like it's just deleted.

" She darted at Songpaw, fake nipping her flank and then drew back swiftly, not letting her have time to retaliate.
Songpaw looked at her carefully as she darted to a fake nipping, then to drawing back swiftly and said,"I think I get it. I'm not really the fighting kind of cat, I'm more into hunting," She added. Misty walked around, but was getting kind of sleepy. She remembered when she and Songpaw want to the Apprentices den when she met Shadowpaw. She walked up beside the opening and layed down with her head up.

{ warrior } Frostwing nodded in agreement. "Yes, it would be. Cats shouldn't fight now, it would be silly to do so. We've lost too many, and then tensions around here are just too high." She meowed softly, glancing around. She caught sight of a few cats, some she knew well and others she barely knew. Of course, she'd have to get to know these cats. They were her new clanmates now, and even though she was very shy, learning there names was a good start. Looking the tom over for a few moments, she remembered the name he had stated, which was Thistlefang. She'd remember that for sure, and would keep it with her so she always knew what to call him. ♦ s p i d e r p a w ♦
{ medicine cat apprentice } Spiderpaw grinned at Sprucepaw and then started to fix up Duskpaw's neck. He chewed the marigold into a pulp and spit it out onto his paw. Then the chocolate brown tom lightly dabbed it along Duskpaw's neck wound, hoping that the gray cat wouldn't feel too much pain from this. However, most knew that marigold did sting, and when the wounds were big and on places like your neck, you couldn't help but wince in pain.
Once done with that, Spiderpaw plastered the wound over in cobwebs and sat back with a content flick of his tail, looking from Falconpaw, to Sprucepaw, to Viperpaw, to Duskpaw. "I think that's it. We can go take care of Wolfpaw now, since your both done. I just advise you to keep those wounds clean, and we can treat them again tomorrow." He meowed calmly.

Howl
Howl stalked among the long, leafy fronds that shot from the ground. It was hard to remember, what the world had once been like before they had raced away from the fire and life had sprung once more into the land. He stopped, his paw raised halfway through the air as a memory clouded through his mind, causing a dark shadow to stir within him. Slowly, he placed his paw back down and looked up to the sky, smiling bitterly. "Where are you.....Where could have possibly gone, Kuro?" He whispered quietly, his heart wrenching painfully in his chest. He looked back down, startled only slightly by his surroundings. He was in the place where they had been before the car had attacked the clan. He cocked his head slightly, smelling a different scent among the wreckage. A she-cat? He prowled forward, searching for the source of the scent. His massive form blended easily in with the dying yellow meadow of grass, the sunlight reflecting off of his sunburst orange fur.
Gwyn
Gwyn shrugged, smiling. "That would certainly be nice. I wonder where my brother is...." She muttered absentmindedly to herself, changing the subject before things could get awkward. She nudged one little kit gently as it tried to tumble away. She smiled small to herself.

((Ah sorry for being gone so long. It's been a busy week :L))
ThistleFang nodded in agreement before calmly surveying the camp with calm amber eyes.
"That's true, but rivalries will be hard to put under paw. It may take a while," he observed aloud, his whiskers twitching. Truth be told Thistlefang had no grudge against any cat as he was sure no cat had done him any harm. So far at least. As far as he was concerned personally, he had nothing to hold against the others.
Viperpaw sighed heavily but nodded. "Alright, we'll try not to then. Thanks Spiderpaw," she mewed. "You too Sprucepaw." With that being done she turned to face Duskpaw. 'So now what?' she asked him when her tail touched his side. 'Do we just sit here like elders all day?' If so, Viperpaw wanted to find the warmest sun rock and just lay there. Truth be told though the young tortoiseshell was restless under her fur, but was great at not showing it.
Duskblaze purred softly in response before tucking her tail around herself and lying her head back on her paws. "It's a bit relaxing though, to not be on the move...and soon we'll be in our new home," the thought of something completely new made the queen's ears flicker for a moment in nervousness, but she suppressed it. What good would it do to be nervous of something that could bring salvation? No good that's what.
Demon continued on his way, the ragged tom's fur gleaming under the heat of the sun. He was hardly bothered however as a cool wind breezed by and he resumed on his way. Surprisingly enough as it turned out with the pace he was taking it would actually take less than a few miles until he got there, unlike before. But then again this was Demon, and he could turn a mile into a few feet when pushed enough. He caught the rather pungent scent of cats on the winds and with a flick of his tail made his way through the long grass. However the scent of another, a she-cat and a young one at that was nearby. Demon paused mid stride and considered his options. Perhaps he should find out more about this group. And what other way could he find out without asking, or demanding, information? 'Either way, I'm gonna see my scrap of kit's fur,' he thought before marching towards where Leah was hiding.
