I nearly fainted when I heard him. Alex had let me borrow a book on Egyptian Mythology.... And.....
Yes, Ginger. This is it.
What...?
I turned around, and was suddenly pushed through it. Dream Catcher stood above me, grinning. Goodbye, Ginger.
I screamed, falling down. Suddenly, something smacked me on the head. I jumped out of bed, and became face-to-face with Dream Catcher and ghosts. Dream Catcher was holding what he smacked me with.
We warn you Ginger, he snarled. He pulled something out from one of the things surrounding him. A knife. I suddenly kicked him, and he flew back, hitting the ghosts. They all fell like bowling pins. Suddenly, three dogs came in the room, and then the ghosts and Dream Catcher vanished. I glanced down, and saw the knife.
What happened?!
I reached for the knife, not hearing Secrecy. She ran up to me and smacked my paw.
Ginger!
I glared at the three. The third one hadn't spoken yet. I guessed she was new.

I smiled at her, and she smiled at me. Her smile suddenly faded, replaced by a look of worry, and it shone in her eyes. A voice suddenly spoke in my head.
I know what's going on. A war is coming. A war of change. What just happened? I saw and ran for help. The voice stopped, and then the worry vanished as if nothing happened, and her smile returned. She held her head up, and I saw something glowing underneath.
Ginger, why are you looking at her like that?
Secrecy and I spoke at the same time. Just different words.
She's sending her thoughts to me!
Because she can't speak!
We both stared at each other. Suddenly, I herd her speaking in my mind again, even though she was turned around.
Dream Catcher and the ghosts! Run!
WHERE TO?! I shouted at her. All I have is the windows and I don't feel like killing myself!
Everyone but the new dog stared at me. Secrecy shook her head, and Hazel groghed. { A half-growl and half-sigh }
Ginger..... What are you complaining about?!
The new dog stood up to her full height, like an Alpha. She let out a warning growl as the ghosts and Dream Catcher barged back in. They lept for us. Before we could strike out, Alex, Dawn, Kiria, and Forest barged in, and attacked. Alex glared at a ghost. It hadn't even attacked her and it..... Vanished.
Suddenly, all the ghosts were onto us. Dream Catcher smirked, gripping- wait, was that a STAFF?!?! HE HAD NO FREAKIN' STAFF LAST TIME I CHECKED!!!! Oh ninjas. That....... That was...... That was his...... That was his paintbrush.....
He sneered, and gripped the staff with his other paw, and jammed it into the floor. Light surrounded us, and it blinded us, and we blacked out.

We soon woke up on the sandy floor. I jumped up, glancing around, my breath gone.
The desert...... I whispered.
Alex stumbled up, and then fell back. She tried to get up again and again, but she..... Couldn't. For a fleeting moment, I was afraid I'd have to fight her again. She fell again.
No.... she moaned. Dawn, Kiria, and Secrecy were having the same problem, and I soon found out that Forest, Hazel, and I had were having the same problem. The only one who could stand up was the new dog. She bent down, touching the sand, and then smiled.
Finally, she whispered. Home.....
She glanced back at me, and smiled softly. You guys can stand.
Alex finally stumbled up. I know this place. I know it almost all too well..... She glanced back at her friends, and Secrecy's eyes were wide open in fear and horror. I heard pawsteps behind us, and I whipped my head around.
Fox!
Fox smiled and ran up to us. Hey guys! What happened, why are we here?!
I think, I just think, I might have an answer for you. This way!
Fox glanced at us, but then we took after her. I suddenly recognized the place. I held my tongue as the dog took off running, and it literally looked like she was flying, she was running so fast.
When we finally caught up to her, dogs upon dogs were running up on us. I glanced over at her.
She has wings! I whispered.
Suddenly, we could see the dogs. Alex bit her lip.
The leader { from the looks, I'm guessing } stepped forward.

Then, the "minions" followed behind.

I then realized that they all had wings!
The leader then spoke, stepping up to us and our new friend. He gripped her arm, and she yelped, stumbling over to his side.
What have you done to my daughter?!
DAUGHTER?! I shouted.
Yes, my daughter! Zapphire, why did you leave when I told you not to?!
Zapphire struggled, and bit his paw, flying up above us.
Don't tell me you don't know, Father. I left because I wanted freedom. Dream Catcher and his ghost minions dropped us off here!
He jerked his head up, and flew up with one powerful flap and his lights lit up in alarm. He stared at his daughter, and they talked silently, though I could here him scream once or twice.
Finally, they both came down- Zapphire looking extremely happy, and her father, aggravated.
You can stay. I just hope you aren't looking for our puppy-friend.
Dawn's ears perked up, as well as they could. She jumped, and flew in, and then Zapphire smiled, and called out, hey, wait up! The two laughed, and flew in together. Forest and Hazel padded in, warily, and I slowly followed, Secrecy and Fox in front of us. I turned around.
Alex, come on.
She stared at me like I was crazy. Ginger..... I have to tell you something...... She was interrupted by the leader.
Come on or you'll have to leave. His gruff voice sounded from above us, and we went in. Alex went in very slowly and softly. She sighed, nervous.
Suddenly, I heard a shout of happiness from Dawn.
JADE!!



Thank you WhiteKitsune for this idea!!!! I now know how this story shall end! It'll be a BIT different than what I imagined, but..... Derp. HECK WHO CARES?!?! I'M GONNA MEET MY GOAL!!!! Yay me. xD

Dawn Lily ran far off, and I followed, along with Alex and the few sucked into this strange world with us.

JADE! I shouted. He turned around to me and smiled. Hi, Ginger! Who are your friends?
Secrecy, Forest, Hazel, Fox, Alex, and Kiria. Alex smiled softly, and then glanced down. She sighed, and her expression hardened. She glanced at Secrecy, Fox, and Kiria.
We can't stay here, she murmured. Suddenly, she glanced up, and something caught her eye. Jade turned around, and smiled.
Alex, will you tell me? She shook her head, sadly. Alright, then. Come here, he said, padding over to it. Dawn gasped when she saw it.
This is the same fountain that I wrote to you on!
Jade nodded. Yes, yes it is. I found your message, as did Zapphire. She offered to go and bring you here, but we never expected this. And Zapphire, he added, turning to her. I'm sorry I got you into trouble.
Jaded Emerald, it's ok! I needed to get out of here!
Just call me Jade like everyone else. We laughed.
Dawn Lily smiled, then walked in a different direction. She sat down, and opened her journal. Jade bounded over to her, and peeked over her shoulder.
I remember that day!
Dawn sighed, actually happy for once. She glanced at him, and then backed up. He glanced up.
It's not supposed to get dark that quick.....
Guys? Alex squeaked. I'll admit it. I've never seen her scared. I need to go. I'll meet up with you soon! Just as she was about to vanish with her friends, they were all thrown to the ground.
Oh, I don't think so! a voice chided. I think you future-lings and I need to have a little..... talk.

I may not be able to write an entry next week. On the 20th, I can't. Flash is coming over yay!, and we may not have time to write an entry in our stories.
Oh! And the reason why I haven't written anymore in my other two main stories is because I want to meet my goal first. And near the end of this book, I have to start my Christmas story!
