The guard coughed awkwardly, then covered Tempo's ears with his hooves. "We need to take her prisoner." He said quickly.

The princess blinked in surprise, pausing, then nodding. "Y.. yes, I suppose we would take her under our wing for a bit," she agreed. She didn't want to exactly take her prisoner, but it was a good idea to keep her here for a bit.

"Yes, yes, that is true," the colorful mare said thoughtfully. It was obvious that her ambitions were the same as the guard's but she was a bit more gentle on the edges. She looked at him, then nodded. "Mind if you'd let me take her down myself?"

Rarity was in the Carousel Boutique working on several pieces of clothing. She didn't care to go outside and see the towns be destroyed by the war with Thunderhoof. Her horn glowed a powder blue as it picked up a piece of light, blue fabric and set it under her sewing machine. Rarity quickly ran it under, the fabric being stitched to another piece to make a small dress for a costumer. Heavens know why she wanted it at this time, but still she needed to let business run as usual. Getting to her hooves, Rarity grabbed the light blue dress with magical grip and placed it on a mannequin. She stood there for a moment and stared at the dress, deciding which colour jewels she'd place on it.

"Of course not, your majesty." The guard uncovered Tempo's ears, who looked confused. "Wha...what?"

The cyan mare spotted the familiar violet mane of Rarity through her windows and flew over to her door, walking in without knocking. "Heya, Rarity!" She called over with a smile.

She nodded down towards Princess Tempo. "Princess Tempo, would you mind following me?" She asked kindly, hoping not to hint anything towards the young filly.

I I felt my muscles tense. It was risky, Flying over enemy lines... But that where I was, and I wasn't going to turn back. The soft buzzing of my mane could be heard as I flew Silently. A shame that this once glorious land was now so... Barren... It pained me. But I guess that was the fault of war wasn't it? It was a dumb thing- though fools saw it as an inevitable thing. Nobody wins in war. It's the act of doing evil, in hoped of doing good... What sense did that make? None.
