She nods, but keeps her cool, her face straight. "Yes, she was very famous." Karma gives a weak smile to the pup. "Would you like to have a new beginning with my pack?" she asks the pup with a friendly wag of her tail.

Rose saw the sinking body of Raiden. She immeditatly stopped the ritual and ran towards him. Rose saw some oak leaves and some holly berries nearby. "Here" Rose handed Karma a handful of oakleaves and berries. "Rub them on. Or else he'll die!" She growled, as she chewed up the pulp. She rubbed the pulp onto his wounds and looked for honey. "There!" She dashed off towards a bee hive and took a scoop of honey. She held it to Raidens mouth. "Lick it. Now!"

She couldn't smell anything. Through the pounding of the rain, she could hear a soft murmur. "Karma." Her ears perked, and she whirled around. "That's my name," she said, her voice cracking softly. "Karma." She took a quick glance at the pup, then back to where the whisper had come from. A bloody mess met her eyes. Her eyes grew wide, the whites showing. She sprinted to Raiden, nudging his side. "Oh, gosh, tell me he's not dead," she muttered, pawing at his side which wasn't hurt. She thought she had killed him, leaving him with that bear. He was going to die. Because of her. Her breath caught and she nudged her friend again.
She glanced at the pup, but ignored it. "That's not it. We need cobwebs to stop the bleeding. Holly berries will only hurt the wounds worse. We need Chervil leaves, too." She hurriedly wandered around nearby, collecting cobwebs from above and what was left of a chervil plant. She quickly chewed the leaves, spit it on his wounds, and wound the gashes in cobwebs, murmuring, "Gosh, please be okay."

Karma ignored the pup. She licked the holly berries off, and put her own stuff on. She was stubborn about this, only because she knew it was right. "Protecting the wound from getting infected and stopping them from bleeding is the matter at hand, not the rain," Karma says. As a former healer, she knew what she was talking about. Holly berries would work, but they wouldn't keep it from infection as well as chervil leaves would.
