This episode was meh for me. I know the Trixie fanboys are beside themselves because OMGTRIXIE but she's such a boring and unlikeable character. I really think the only reason she came back was because of the fanboys, otherwise she would've just gone down in the books as a villain they needed to make an example out of. As usual, I will blame EQD's creepy obsession with Trixie for this episode. And I will continue to do so.

The one good thing about this episode was more Zecora. Because that zebra does not get enough attention. Apparently Zebras can do magic without horns so that kinda adds more to what we know about them. Coolness.

The ending when Trixie was asking for forgiveness I went "oh heck no" because I thought they were gonna pull a Trixie fanboy fanfic ending when Trixie changes her ways and becomes nice 5ever. Thankfully, they didn't drop the ball and go with a fanfic-ish ending and they kept her egotistical personality, even after she was forgiven.

Overall, I didn't like it all too much. I'd watch it again, but it's not a favorite. I think that this episode was blatant fanservice and had a loose lesson on friendship at best. The lesson was a copout "you can do anything with your friends" and it felt stuck on like the animators went "oh right, we need a lesson."

The only real lesson we got this season so far is choosing between your friends if you'll even count that.
I watched the mew episode and I hated it. The only thing I liked was Zecora's magic and male AJ. I feel like they're listening to much to the fans in this season I don't think Trixie would've come back if the fans didn't demand her and Discorn return. I hate it for other reasons I will not discuss as well.

I really liked the episode. I love how they added Zecora in, because she's an awesome character. I do agree it was a bit weird with the lesson learned, but other than that, I liked it. I don't even like Trixie, but it's nice to see they brought her back.

Seems the episode lessons are getting more repetitive as the seasons go on. And I understand why that would happen; you can only learn so many things about friendship. I just wish they would try a little harder about getting lessons and points across, and better ones at that.

And I agree with you, Rainbow. This seemed like nothing more than fan-service. Which, don't get me wrong, is pretty cool, but it's Trixie for Celestia's sake. She hasn't changed at all.

And even though she moved away,
We always get calls from our daughter.
She has eyes just like her father,
They are blue when skies are grey.
And just like him she never stops;
Never takes the day for granted.
Works for everything that's handed to her;
Never once complained...

Basically. I don't like Trixie, and I don't understand how she could be so horrible, cruel, and mean like my ex. I think the lesson was supposed to be "Stand up for whats right" but I think what we all got was "become corrupted so someone can trick you."

So, What's everyone's thoughts on Alicorn OCs? I have one and wanted to make a roleplay, but I didn't know if everyone would be okay with it?

I already gave you mine, But I'll post it here c: ;;

I have an alicorn OC, but she's a princess. You see, I personally think that having normal alicorn OC's is a little marysueish and unrealistic unless they're at least related to a princess or something.

Yeah. Like I said in my PM, Mine is from a kingdom. She isn't nearly as strong as Celestia, mostly because she's a little filly.
