History :
'Drip...Drip...' were the first noises that entered Gryphon's ears. Then 'Patter... patter..' That caught his ears. He jumped up, hissing. He was just hatched, and found himself in a cave. It had a dirt floor, but you could tell it recently had rained. It was more muddy now, creating a very brown hatchling. He spun around, hissing, growling. He jumped up to try and look bigger. He heard the foot steps again, 'patter.... patter...'. He lunged himself towards the noise, ready to fight. His claws got air. He looked around, confused. A gecko walked on by, creating an echoing patter from the water. Gryphon growled, wondering why he was so jumpy. He slithered out, and shook his body, hoping that he'd be a bit clean when sunlight hit his scales. But the first thing that hit his bright scales was rain. He growled. Rain. Wet. Humid. He hated the world so far. 'At least my scales will be clean' he thought to himself. He ran out and hid under a rather large tree. The sound of angry birds, cold monkeys and a hungry clouded leopard filled his ears. He scampered up a tree, and took shelter under a tree leaf. He was shivering. 'Cold....cold....' rang in his head. He slept there that night, and woke up to more noise. Luckily, it was happy noises. The sound of chattering parrots, howler monkeys fighting over figs, and the leopard was gone. But best of all, the sun was out. Gryphon climbed up the tree, and stood on the highest tree limb. He sun bathed that whole time, only stopping to grab a rather large insect or some sort of rodent here and there. He smiled, and thought as he went to sleep, 'THIS, is good...'
Why do you want this dragon?
The egg looks rather colorful, and I can only imagine how pretty it'll come out!! So, I sit, wait to see what it turns out to be, and wonder, what I'll use it for. Rping is on that list, breeding perhaps if its allowed? If not, a siggie ornament (once I re-size my kilid, lol)
