It reminds me of a character from the manga Angel Sanctuary. She was a demon-dragon princess or something. Kurai i think im thinking of... its pretty. Good job Bernouli

she's even got blue eyes and a top hat, and a long whispy ponytail. This is what Im ganna think of everytime I see the dog
