It is with great honor that I present to you your promotion in rank. The Soul Seekers have been watching you very carefully, observing and taking note of your every decision. They have eliminated others and chosen you. You shall rise up in status as a Soul Trainer. Your mission is to train fledglings and help them contain and control their powers. Consider yourself in Soul Trainer I ranking, with two more levels to go. In order to rise up the ladder, you must prove your loyalty to this institute. This promotion is active starting now.

Welcome.
You've just received the letter announcing the promotion that you've worked so hard for. You've been waiting for this piece of paper for many months, to finally read out loud the words that would push you up the ladder. And here it is. Do you feel proud? Triumphant? Perhaps even nervous for some of you. It doesn't matter. You've got the letter, and tomorrow you will finally be a Soul Trainer. Congratulations, you're a third of the way to being a Soul Captain, which is the destination for loyal, hard-working, teens such as you.

The History.
You were once a fledgling, a young child with powers. You were perhaps, ten or so, when you received your first Element Badge. Fledglings exist all over the world, but they don't know who they are until they reach the age of five. That's when their powers start making appearances. It's up to the Soul Searchers to seek out these children before the Government takes them and does all these crazy wack operations on them. Many of the Elder Souls speak with experience when retelling the horrors of the Government. Only the five Elder Souls survived. The other five eventually went crazy. Some took their own lives. It was only a matter of time before the Government would "put them down". And so the five survivors founded this institute, I.D., with Alice Tethers as the principal. Luna Tethers is her daughter, and has been the principal now for three years. This private, and well-run boarding school has stayed quite confidential over the years.

Once you received your three element badges, you would receive the letter that promoted you to the level and title of a Soul Element. Soul Elements are then sent on missions to help the greater good. Some went to Africa, to help with the water supply. Some helped control forest fires, some got to soothe major storms, and some turned huge earthquakes into minor rumbles. Whatever their element is, they are sent to the area most needed. The Soul Seekers supervise and most often chooses a leader for the mission. These missions are what gets your promoted to a Soul Trainer. It is the Soul Seekers who present their recommendation of promotions to the Principal. And it is she who decides who will up a step.

Aside from your element training, the Institute of the Dauntless requires you being educated. So unfortunately for you, you've got school. The Soul Trainers don't only teach you about the elements, they also teach you about mathematics, history, science, and language. Although there is much in the normal student science unit that they skip. Since you can control the elements..

Your Story.
Now that you've been promoted, it is your job to train, teach, and watch over the fledglings. Consider yourself somewhat of a homeschooling-mom. Yup. Forget controlling the elements, this is the hardest job in the institute. Once you are assigned your group of fledglings, you will receive a schedule. Good luck.
