Evilmist"Hey Rosey!"
I Turned my head as one of my Pack mates came up. "What Darkstrike?" I asked, annoyed.
"Alpha wants you miss outsider." He smirked, it took all I had not to slap that smirk off his face. I did, however, blow a pile of dust on him as I lifted into the air. I Glided over to The Alpha pair were i landed carefully. "Yes Alpha?" "You are to be hunting with Darkstrike today. When you get back, your on Pup siting duty." I Nodded. "Yes Sir." It was always Pup duty and hunting, never patrols or anything. It was all because of my name. Its not like I could change it. My Ancestors gave it to me. Once you are given your name, you can't change it. Well...An Alpha could ask to have it changed, but it was law in this pack that you cant change it. I Shook my head. Darkstrike smirked at me again and took the lead as we headed out. As usual i went a different way towards were i scented a Deer herd. I Stalked carefully, i was about to leap at an injured fawn but a black shape swooped down and grabbed the fawn. Typical Darkstrike. With a Snarl I gave chase. My anger quickly melted into confusion as he headed towards the other pack's territory.
Hey!" I Barked loud enough for him to hear me. The Wolf turned and nearly fell out of the sky when he saw me. As I got closer i realized it wasn't Darkstrike. "Who are you?" I snapped as I got closer. He Blinked and shifted the dead fawn to his feet so he could talk
"I'm Evilmist, Alpha of Southern Demon dog pack." I said, my voice full of authority. I saw her tail start to tuck and her ears go back, normal habits of a low ranked wolf. I tilted my head a bit. "What is your name, Northerner?" I asked. It puzzled me as to why she was of low rank. He was Nice on the eyes, strong, and when her subordinate habits didn't kick in, very Alpha like. She also smelt like roses, a nice smell. "My-My name?" She stammered. "I Gave you my name, don't you thing I should know yours?" I asked with a chuckle. She swallowed nervously before she spoke. "M-My Name is..." She stopped and took a breath. She lifted her eys from they're position of staring at my feet to look me in the eyes.
"Rosey. My Name is Rose" I said. I saw his eyes go wide and he dropped the fawn. I quickly dove after it, not wanting to waste the kill. "Rosey huh?" He asked when I had come back up. I Nodded, my ears flicking back as I heard the flap of wings and the fawn was snatched away from me. "Hey, No chit-chanting Loser! Now come on, we have to get this back to the pack." Darkstrike growled and headed back towards the pack. "I'd better go before i get in trouble." I said in a quiet voice before I turned and headed after Darkstrike. "Hey Rosey. Meet me at The Border tonight OK?" I turned to Look at Evimist and I gave a small nod.

I sat nervously by the river. I hoped she would come but I wasn't sure. The look she had given me was a "Maybe" look. I Looked at the sky, it was well past midnight. Just as I Stood to leave I heard the Flap of wings as Rosey landed. "Sorry, had to wait until the pups were asleep." My Ears pricked then flicked down. So, She had pups, that probably meant a Mate as well. She must have saw the look on my face because she quickly added, "Oh they aren't my pups! I was pup sitter today...like everyday.." She trailed off and shook her head. "Pup duty? Why in the name of our Ansesters would you be given that Job if you do not have pups or your own or not Expecting or an Apprentice?" I asked, an annoyed look on my face.
I Lowerd my head when I see his annoyed face. "Becuase my un-demony name." I mumble before quickly stepping back as his face goes from annoyment to anger. "I should go talk with your Alphas! Just becuase your name is 'un-demony- doesn't mean you arn't as tough as anyone else. I Seen the fire in your eyes when you thought I was your companion when I had the fawn." My eyes woddend as he stood and spread his wings. "No nonono! I yelped. "After you leave the Alphas will be mad at me. They'll think I aske dyou to come talk to them!" I said quickly, but he flashed me a look of determination and tood to the air.
I watched her stare at me as I lifted into the air. I started to think she was goinbg to stay there, but then she lifted up too. "The camp is this way Mister Determination." She said, i hgeard a hint of teaseing at the end of her voice and I saw her crack a smile. I Reached over and licked her cheek before I took Off towards there camp. She chased after me, cheeks pinker than normal. It wasn't long before we arived at the Camp. I Heard the alarm howl given off by a Guard. The Alphas walked out of there den just as I landed. "Evilmist, what is it you want?" I Lifted my head to look at the slitly taller Alpha male, Bloodstreak. "I Have come to speak to you about this female." I said, nodding my head towards Rosey, who was trying to shrink into the background. "If you wnat her, Take her. She's a Poor hunter and a Poor fighter. The only thing she was good at is watching the pups or Helping our Healer." My Ears flicked back. "A Poor fighter You say? Show me." I said in a comanding voice. Bloodsteak seemed to consider it before he nodded. Two wolves, Darkstrike and another whom I didn't know steped towards Rosey, who shot me a Look of panic. The two wolves leaped and within menutes they had her pined by the neck. "I See why, She was never given proper training. Rosey, grab his ear and bite down."
I Looked at him , unsure if I should do it. I Looked at my alpha for permission. "Don't Look at Him." My Gaze went back to Evilmist. "Bite his ear." I Looked at the wolf holding me down. I Reached for his ear, which was only inches from my face and I bit down, hard enough to hurt, but not hard enough to draw blood. He yelped and let go quickly, pulling his ear out of my mouth. It went on like that for a good three minutes, Evilmist giveing me directions about what to do. It wasn't long untill I was siting on Darkstrike and had a paw on the otehr wolves neck. I Look at Evilmist and grined widly, that in untill I Fanaly looked at my alpha to see his face full of anger. "Gotta go!" I yiped and took and runing before I leaped clumsily into the air.
I watched as he left quickly, I'ed never seen a wolf that scared of her alpha in my life. I Turned to Bloodstreak. Lets Hope she crosses that Border. She doesn't deserve to live under your controll Bloodstreak." I Growled before I took off after her. I found her siting on the brancheses of a Taller tree on my side of the border. I Landed beside her. "You Crossed the Border rosey." I said softly with a smile. "I-I'll leave Then" She started to stand up and leave but i stopped her with a Paw. "Bloodmustn't have tuaght you some of the Pack laws. Each wolf has a say in what pack he or she stays in. If one doesn't like the other pack, they can cross the border to be part of another pack. You Crossed My Border. Your In My Pack now Rosey." I said softly. Her eyes met mine and they seemed to light up with what I was saying.
~~~One Year later~~~
I Yawned as Light streamed into the den. I started to try and fall back asleep but I noticed I was alone in the den. I stood sleepily and walked out of the den. I Blinked my eyes to get used to the light of full day. "Evilmist?" I Called. The normaly busy Camp went silent. I watched as Evilmist turned away from the group of aprentices. "Rosey Dear, you shouold be Resting. The Pups will be born soon. I'm sure my mother told you how tireing it is." I Smiled at his worry. "Its ok Love. I Just want to lay in the sun. The Pups hate the cold just as much as I do." I mused. I Looked at The pack...no, not
the pack, Our pack. "Well, You can contuinue. I'm not stoping you!" I Laughed. I Saw smiles form as the pack went back to their dutys. "I'll see you tonight my love. I Have Apprentices to train." Evilmist said softly, nussling my cheek and belly before he bounded off.
