Chaz growled at her and Areina both, then sent a whirlwind of electricity spinning down from ceiling to floor, charging straight at the boss of Paradise, picking up speed as it went.

Ellie focused on the whirlwind of electricity, stopping it in its path as it whirled in one place as she slowly made the whirlwind disappear. As much as she wanted Areina dead it was better not for the time being, she didn't want to keep Chaz in the position Ellie knew he wasn't going to give up until he got out of this so called paradise. As Ellie waited for Areina, Ellie's headache kept on growing but she knew that if Areina wasn't going to tranquilize him soon Ellie would.

Chaz roared at Ellie, throwing all of the electricity in the room, nay, most likely the building, at the both of them until it bounced off the walls and ceiling and filled the air with a high-pitched buzz. "LET ME DOWN THIS INSTANT, YOU FOOL! WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON, BETRAYER?!" Several of the bolts stuck Areina, and quite a few more struck Ellie. "If I wish to kill her, then she shall die by my paws!"

Ellie stood her ground despite bolts of electricity hitting her on her bare arm's feeling burns appear. "I have a reason for everything; it’s up to me to say what the reason is." She told Chaz ignoring his painful words. She lifted the tranquilizer out of Areina's pocket knowing she always had it on her, Ellie then quickly moved the tranquilizer to Chaz's neck within a second making it empty the liquid it held into Chaz.

Zoey smiled slightly, "Its ok Alex, i understand." She said, then turned into her horse form, her black coat gleamed in the small amount of sunlight that shown through the window above, "Come on. Hop on, we will get there faster." Zoey replied to Alex and Fang then turned to Fang to see what he was going to say to Alex's question. Fang shrugged, "Sure." was all he said before claiming onto Zoey's back.

Chaz lashed out, one huge paw connecting with Ellie's face before the tranquilizers took over. There was a fierce, burning hatred in his eyes, and before he fell into unconsciousness he snarled "You have betrayed our kind. If I have to hunt you to the ends of the earth and time, I will. I give you my oath, betrayer, I will kill you."

Max set herself aflame once more, then turned to see Ellie holding her brother in the air, tranquilizing him. She started forwards and saw Chaz's huge paw smash into Ellie's face, and screamed "It serves you right, coward! Betrayer!" She sent a path of flame around herself, turning the guards to ashes and, in this split second of inactivity, rushing over to them.

Alex nodded and didn't say anymore. He climbed onto Zoey's back behind Fang, hoping that their plan would work.

The next few moments flashed by. Areina barely knew what had happened, it was so sudden. Chaz was fighting to free himself and trying to attack Ellie, and then Ellie took Areina's tranq gun and shot him with it. "Ellie, what are you thinking?" Areina was caught off guard for once. She had no idea what Ellie was planning. Grabbing her sword, she turned to face Max and still kept an eye on the other. Something strange was going on. Areina also removed her pistol from the inside of her jacket, pointing it at Max. Then she thought a moment, and then turned the gun on Chaz, who was now unconcious on the floor. "Maxine, stop right there! You've gone far enough. Surrender or your precious brother dies!"

Once Alex was on her back, she did a light rear and jumped forward, racing down hall after hall. She looked down each hall to see where they had went. Finally after a few minutes of looking, Zoey came to the hall where the fight was taking place. Zoey had stopped a few feet away from the fight so they wouldn't get hurt by everything was going on.

Max stopped dead in her tracks, the flames in her hands freezing in place. Her mind fought a losing battle with her heart-a choice raged forfront in her thoughts. Family versus duty, there was no turning back. She flicked her fingers, and the flames died, the violent wind ceased to churn. She held up her hands, but a fierce anger burned in her eyes. If Areina meant to kill her, then so be it. But she would die before anyone harmed her brother.

Ellie had stepped back gritting her teeth as she felt and instant pain as Chaz’s paw connected to her face, her focus on keeping Chaz in the air vanished and Ellie was unable to stop Chaz from dropping to the floor. I give you my oath, betrayer, I will kill you. Chaz’s words echoed within Ellie’s ears, she had felt the hatred behind them. Ellie was unable to tell him the reason for why she was doing this, partly because Areina was there. She ignored Areina’s question and watched silently as Max surrendered, but Ellie felt anger radiating of her. Without another word, Ellie turned away from Areina and Max walking in the direction she had come with her hands in her pockets, not wanting to be interrogated by Areina. Seeing Zoey, Fang and Alex she kept her head down not wanting them to see the three deep claw marks which Chaz had left, she was thankful that he had missed her eye but the deep cuts were bleeding heavily. Ellie wasn’t feeling herself as being consumed by other people’s emotions but also been given an oath, an oath to be killed.
