My Uncle's girlfriend is in labour in hospital, and I'm kinda worried about her. She's having her first baby at 40, which is pretty old to be having a baby!

Also, I think I'm gonna miss my singing lesson. This is the only chance I will have to set a duet for a concert I'm doing in a week, and it's too far for me to walk, or get there myself. I don't know XD

Not necessarily. But no worries, trust me. Just because she is 40 doesn't meant she or the baby is in danger. They will be fine.

I..I...I...feel really weird saying this. but i dont know... I will start from the beginning. It started in septemeber. my grandma died...and i was really close to her. like a couple weeks later my dad got hit by a car...To this day I keep seeing my dad on the ground...what should i do to get this out of my head? I have done a million different things to try to get the image out of my head, but it just stays there....like haunting me...

Have you tried memorizing passages from a book you like? That always clears my head.
