I'm just putting in my two cents here, but, I think, since Lumpin owns the species, and didn't see that the previous owner changed their mind, and had already announced she was going to Jules in this post:

That Rainwing should belong to her now.
And, in fact, in the rules, it does say, once you donate, you can't take your JMD back. Therefore, she really couldn't change her mind.

I argue. Lightning Moon was put for adoption but then the owner changed his/her mind and nothing happened, not to mention lancey isn't even aware of this =.=

That's like if someone was to leave they're dog back home during vacation after changing your mind not giving him to the pound and then coming back to see that someone adopted your dog that you changed your mind about -.-

Why you want him/her~ Well. How do I start... JMDs are a m a z i n g, and all the little Jewelys deserve a home, and this little girl is just so cute, I couldnt resist going up to her pen and saying hello. She seems to be so timid, but I can fix that with a bit of love.
Will you give him/her a good home~ I certainly can, she will most likely sleep with my Jellybean Dragons, she can socialise with them too and I guarrantee that my two girls will look after her.
Will you love and take care of him/her~ I promise that I shall. I've been wanting a JMD for a while now, so where better to start than here. If its okay I would also like to rename her to Candle, still keeping the same name, just in english, rather than japanese.

Well, with real dogs, if you filled out the paper work, they'd still put the dog for adoption, or, at least that's how my local pound works. They don't accept mind changes.

And with the other that the owner changed their mind, no one had posted a form, which seems okay. If no one else wanted it, then it should be fine. But if someone else wanted the JMD, that doesn't really give them the right to take the JMD back. It's just not fair.
If they were going to give up the JMD in the first place, it means they don't want it or can no longer give the proper care to it.

And keep in mind, these are pixels on a screen, that were designed by others to be adopted as characters. They do not have real organs, skeletal structure, or flowing blood, like real pets, animals, and humans.
They are figments. You can believe they are there through your imagination, and that's fine, but in reality, they aren't. And unless science breeds species together to make a living, breathing Jewel Mane Dragon, they will never be truly real.

And Juliet has expressed to me how sad she is seeing this conversation, and how much she loves this JMD. Honestly, even though I'm fairly newer to the community, I've seen names of a bunch of JMDs. And, honestly, I haven't seen Rainwing mentioned, well, at all in my time being part of this community.

And before you say "oh well Juliet told you to post this and get her Rainwing", no, she actually did not. I'm doing this because I want to, because I'm on logic's side.
Honestly, you have to just think things through and to the very core. Something I haven't seen much in real life or on most sites I'm on.

And honestly, I'm fully on the side of Rainwing going to Juliet., whether the previous owner changed their mind or not, it's not fair to the contestants.
