I very much doubt it. Even if they had no demand at all, they would still be extremely rare and therefore would have a place on the list.

The List is based on demand as well as rarity, so honestly that is what they are worth. It's just a pet peeve of mine.

the BMD and BA are just as rare as any other advent but have tons of demand.
the joker, i think, has tons of demand but is also substantially more rare.

If we raise the BA on the list demand will spike even more. People will worry that they won't be able to get one before it gets too high on the list. The joker is only actually as rare as a pink September. If we place them higher demand will follow. Their low rarity is what keeps them where they are right now. Basically it's the same reason the August and July lions aren't on the list.

Exactly, the list is already factoring in the demand of these pets along with their rarity. They are not any more rare than other advents that were released that year ( For BA and BMD), but their extreme popularity is the only thing that puts them as high on the list as they are. If the list was based just on demand then they might be placed very high on it, but because it also takes into account rarity, they are placed where they are because they are not any more rare than the other advents.

It took me a bit to understand this too, but I figured it out over time. Just because people are willing to pay a Balloon or Sorbet for a BA doesn't mean that it should move up to the rares list because you must take into account that they are not as rare as pets on the list.
