Sangra shook her head. "No I haven't, I've been avoiding the very swampy areas for that same reason. It's like they're always looking for a snack," she answered and noticed Nikki had moved away and braced herself for any foal antics. She tossed her forelock in front of her eyes so if the foal decided to pounce, she had a revealing veil.

Indigo
Heading towards Aibee Mae. Curious.

Indigo heard a replying call and headed over to where its owner seemed to come from. As he approached, he noticed a mare was it's owner. "Mornin' madam. Lovely day isn't it?" he said quite cheerily having found another kelpie.

Nikki smiled as she thought she had succeeded in sneaking up on the mare. She was about to pounce when a dragonfly landed on her nose and she sneezed.

The mare heard Nikki sneeze and turned to face her with a smile. "dragonfly get you? Or was it a real dragon sneezing that I heard?" she asked playing with the filly.

Nikki's eyes went wide as she heard Sangra's words. " are there really dragons here?" She asked softly. The dragonfly landed on her ear and didn't seem to want to move, even when she flicked her ear.

Sangra nodded. "Or so I've heard. My mammay used to tell me sometimes the mist atop the water was dragon's breath, but we've got something they don't like," she said and twirled her horns a little.

Las calmly trotted up to the three kelpies, with a grin glued to his face. "Hello, there. I'm Balasque, but you can call me Las. I hope you don't mind us interrupting your conversation there, you two beautiful ladies." Las flashed a smile and the two females. "My friend here, Shadow, and I are looking for the herd. Have you seen them anywhere, or know where they are at?"

Las blinked when he heard Shadow nicker in greeting as she quickly came up behind him.

Shadow nickered as she walked up to Las. Shadow watched as the little kelpie had the dragonfly on her nose, and it reminded her of her little sister. She tore her gaze away from the little one and turned to the male, whom she assumed was the dominant one.
"Hello, i'm Shadow, pleased to meet you."

With Kody, Nikki and the Kepies that joined them. Threatened.

Sangra looked up at the other horses and pinned her ears harshly at the stallion's forwardness. She may be in Kody's company, but she wasn't going to sit back and become chummy with these kelpies. "Charmed," she quipped to the stallion and nodded at the mare. "I've seen nothing of any herd, have either of you?" she asked referring to Kody and Nikki, trying to shove conversating off of herself.

Key ambled through the drizzling rain humming to herself. Aru had been a nice guy but Key was in the mood for something exciting. Key was dancing along to her tune as she walked. "Dah dah de dah dah dee da...". There had to be something to do around here, surely there was some chaos or excitement to be had. "Dah dee dah dee dah dee dee...'. Surely she wasn't the only kelpie in this swamp. "Buh dum dum dee dee Uh!". Her train of thought was broken as she tripped over some log. Grumbling to herself she picked herself up, just as the log turned to attack her. Alligator! She snorted in anger, dum reptile, would dare to attack her! "Listen you cold blooded imbecile, you don't know who your messing with!". She reared out, trampling it as she came down. The thing hissed at her, angry at her intrusion before sliding sorely back into the water. "And don't you come back!" she neighed after it. She continued on her way, a little more swag in her step than before.

Las smiled and nodded his head in thanks. Before he had a chance to speak, Shadow took over the conversation.

"Thank you for the information. If it is not too much trouble, and if it is alright with you three, mind if we join you?" Shadow smiles kindly at Nikki. "Who knows, there might be some dragons lurking around here." She winked at Nikki, noticing her shyness.
