No it can be pps :3 it still growing so there can come pps sing.. (older days the pps pets doesn't be pps the really instant when they gottend in second stage. they can grow some time still without the pps tag and get it later on when they are fully grown : ) )

atleast what i been seen
( btu now longer months the pps ones are been fully growed when they gotted in second stage but last year they didn't all.. Depends of the artist and what they are desing or planned of them.. )

I know I definitely want a hoard of this month's cats, but I want to see all of the grown outcomes before I choose one to do. They're just so pretty this month. CX
