She looked up at him with a smile before taking a few more bites from the grass. After she felt rather thirsty and trotted the short distance to the bank of the stream they were by. She dipped in her muzzle and drank her fill before trotting back. She nipped at his mane playfully. "So where will we go for the snowfall?" She had gotten into the habit of not calling the seasons by their true names.

"Soils!" Empire cried out, hearing footfalls behind her. Her injuries slowed her though, still faltering a bit as she attempted to speed up toward the chestnut refuge just ahead. At the rate she was forced to run she knew putting up a fight would be brutal. The heated mare whinnied with pain as her withers throbbed.

He kept his eyes on the mare as he circled her, herding her back to where they had first met. The dead fire in his eyes shined bitterly as he nipped at her sides, rump, hocks, and just about anything he could. He flicked his tail to the stallion, certain he was not going to get away with her. "You will never leave." He said in a low tone, almost in nice way.

(She's gonna get her share of attention to. XD )

Avalon thought for a moment, "Hmm... Probably just a little ways down toward the great reach of the plains. I use to live there before I came up here to find some other horses. I can show you where I use to live. UNfortunatly we'll have to be carfull, I've heard stallions have begun to set up their territories."

"Don't bet on that you piece of..."And with that Empire let out an impresive strong of nasty words, finishing with a kick to his chest with accuracy and a hefty bite to his shoulder. She bit down until her teeth throbbed and pulled off, tail furiously lashing at her rump. Her ears were pinned and she was for once thankful for her heat as it made her raging rather than a bit moody, especially since it was at its strongest as the end of the season was coming. Her bitter eyes met his like a head on collision.

He whinnies at Empire What is going on here? Why are you running? /he is confused...
He paws at the ground and trots around a bit before settling in and nomming on some tender green grass.

Empire swiveled her ears to Baron, giving him a warning look to get out. She gave a concerned look to Soils and hoped he would not jump in. He was hurt worse than she was. The mare turned back to Ashurial with rebelious eyes. This mare would not go down without a fight.

Prussia lashed out in annoyance. But trotted forward. Then stopped. "We'll see..." She said in a mutter.
