She watches Maybell and the pup as the got up to leave with soft eyes, her gaze dancing from one to the other. She closed her eyes for a brief moment to think about when she was a pup. Everything had been so wonderful back then. Everything had been easier, too. She sighed and pinned her ears back as the memories flowed smoothly through her head as if they were made of silk. When they left, she lay down and burrowed her nose under a forepaw.

Maybell stopped when he asked a question and turned looking back at Ayalle, "Oh, that is our alpha Ayalle you can ask her if she wants to come." she said stopping and sitting down on the ground to wait.
