Thaddeus sat up as Lightning crackled in the distance. "Don't worry about it,I'm sure it'll come to you." She looked over at him. "Captain?May I ask you a question?"

Adrian stretched and came to stand by Thad at the side of the boat. "A question? Sure. What is spiking your curiousity?"

"Nope." Robin murmured, his hand sliding across the old wooded side of the ship. He heard a loud crash of thunder and glanced up. A cold gust of wind blew against him.

"Don't get yeself a slpinta. Dis ol' wood'll get you sick. Beleve me, I've felt it befo'. Hurt like H*ll." Blood warned, as if he cared. But if he could win him over, he'd have another mate.

Robin nodded, and stopped touching the wood. One time in the mines some idiot had struck a plank of wood in the darkness, and Robin got a good size sliver of wood, maybe four inches long, in his arm. It had hurt worse than a thousand hornet stings. He looked over at Blood. As much as he hated to admit it, he kinda liked him. He seemed more easy going than the others, and he reminded Robin of a farmer named Dal who used to sell his stuff in a little cart at the end of his street. He was always friendly, and talked a lot like Blood did.

"'Ey, wanna go below decks? Da rain be wet, an' nobody wish ta be wet on a pirate ship." Blood said, then added, "Hypotherima an' all, cureless on dis ting."

"Yeah, I guess so." Robin said, as a few sprinkles tickled his skin. He followed Blood to the below decks. He wondered what had been wrong with the cook earlier, and he wondered where the girl pirate had gone, the one that had begged for him to not be killed.

Lacie shook her head. "I could have imagined all of this mess." She stopped pacing and sat down. "He was so real.... I can't think of anyway he would be alive. I surely don't want to get in to all that ghost nonsense." She looked down at his old sword and grabbed it.

El stared hard at the old blade. It was obviously a well used blade, chipped everywhere, but it still had a bit of gleam from the silver that wasn't tarnished. It had a long, one-and-a-half length handle, with leather criss-crossing up it. Definitely a man's blade.
"How could he be?" said El, coming back to the present. "You, imagine things? You're joking," she teased, nudging her friend.

"Do you ever plan on getting of the ship?" She asked him seriously. Thaddeus released the wheel and crossed her arms. She looked up at the sails and furrowed her eyebrows. "Winds picking up."
