Aiden sat on a old bench outside of the school, looking carelessly at his phone. He had loads of homework, which he should have been working on. Of course he wasn't though. Besides, he could just finish it later. That is, if he actually remembered he had homework, which he often didn't. His grades were good anyway though.
Sliding his phone back in his pocket, he gathered all his stuff and put it in his worn, used backpack. He stood up, hefted the backpack onto his back, and started to head toward his home. This was far away though, he lived on the edge of town. Sort of in the country, you could say. Not really if you thought about it.
Aiden winced slightly as he stepped on his bad ankle, the one he had sprained in gym yesterday. It was swollen to touch, and was blue and black. He'd had bad sprains before, so he knew this was normal. Hopefully it'd get better soon though. Hockey was going to start soon, and he didn't want to miss his favorite sport.
Out of nowhere, he felt something slam into the back of his head. The next thing he knew, he was on the ground, groaning pain. With hands clutched to the back of his head, he rolled onto his back. A person was looming over him, and suddenly pushed something into his face. The air filled with a sick medicine smell, and the world went black.

I'm getting kicked out of an RP for having a gay character for the first time now.
Normally I just read the rules with that in it, be pissed, but not look at the RP again.
But it wasn't even in the rules this time.
And damnit, the way they phrased it hurt like hell.
Like romance can only be between a girl and a boy.
