He shrugged, “I haven’t got any reason for self-preservation, I’m dying in a month anyways and I’ve seen this disease before, the lucky ones go into comas the rest are screaming in pain the whole way through. I’d prefer being killed to that actually.”
“You didn’t tell me you wouldn’t and as I said, I know you. You shouldn’t doubt I knew about your ‘Eliminate all weapons including self’ plan.” ,Damien stated calmly. The albino frowned, “I was waiting for some smart remark about body language and lying and sh*t. you disappoint me.”

Just as the large, red eyed, black dog started to come out Damien was yanked from the nightmare and back into reality. There was a funny little mechanism in the brain that’d pull one back if they were dying and he hadn’t been quick enough to get his Nightmare.

His throat started making odd suffocating sounds as he was pulled back into his strangling body. Unconnected thoughts scrambled through his head, none staying long enough for him to process them. All he really knew was that he was dying, dying and that he’d failed Clairna, that he hadn’t been able to get her back.

They stiffened, relaxing as she confirmed the lack of immediate danger.

(The original post for the first quote is on page 97, if anyone needs to know, I have edited a few parts out that wouldn't make much sense in the current situation)

(Mwahaha, ok. Be prepared for a large detailed recap on everything I guess!^.^)


(Well I'll do a quick recap of what's happened so far, including what happened in the first version)
(In the first version there was a council that sort of governed both clans, but there was treason in that the council was too scared of nightmare to make them do anything, while they pushed dream hard to do tons of extra stuff, Shadow and Alex led a revolt against the high council people, massacring all the council members at one of the weekly council meetings, while Clairna and Damien sat back enjoying the show amused. Let mebacktrack a bit though, before that happened everything was normal, tension sort of high, but fine, Alex had a vision, during recall she thought Shadow was Damien and proceeded to try and kill him of course Shadow had moved her away from everyone else in dream so she couldn't harm people, anyway while that was going on Clairna sneaked in and threatened Shadow, snapping Alex out of her recall. Clairna and Alex fought ferociously, especially since Clairna went out of her way to constantly slice Shadow up then reheal him only to repeat near killing him just to anger Alex(he had been caught by suprise while dodging Alex and Clairna had snuck in and used the distraction of Alex to sneak up behind Shadow and stab him in the back to paralyze him) eventually Damien appeared and got Clairna to fully heal Shadow, Alex however was too mad so declared war on Nightmare, saying she'd get her revenge on them. After that Shadow and Alex met up with Lilly(who had arrived late on the scene) and they all had a huge food fight in a random hall way, yes a food fight, that truly was hilarious, you should've seen it! Meanwhile in Nightmare after Clairna recovered from exhuastion from healing Shadow she sparred with Damien, she beat him and to this day is the only person to have beat him in a sparring match. Anyway straight after things happened and Clairna started realising something which made her upset, Damien tried to calm her down which made it worse, finally she broke and said she loved him and has since they first met, while she was like broken and crying and everything, Damien somehow broke himself and he stopped being 'Damienbot' and discovered he still had feelings, particularly for Clairna, he said he was glad she mentioned that because he had that feeling too or something, I can't remember exactly what he said, but that was probably one of the most epic scenes in Dream Theif)
(Anyway after Damien became a person with a human heart as in like he had feelings, though they're only for Clairna really, however he does react to things when he never would have before. Anyway soon after that they tried to keep their new relationship a secret, but that failed miserably. Pretty much straight after a council meeting was held where the leader, healer and secound in command would attend, that was when Shadow and Alex declared the council had commited treason and such, and murdered them all)
(Just adding and edit here, they murdered all the council members, not all the charries in the rp or anything...XD)
(That was the end of the first version, good cliff hanger I guess. )
(Anyway in this version it's roughly half a year later, things are starting to settle down from the caos that had ensued and the old rivalries are stirring again, war is probably eminent again. Anyway now Shadow has not just Lilly and Alex as followers, but Taylor and Fay contend for his attention too oh and the Nightmare leader(when there wasn't one in the last version) has a crush on him too, he doesn't mean to have so many girls like him and he doesn't notice it either....X3 Clairna and Damien have been dating and I think they live in the same room or something now, but they never show affection in public, unless Damien is protecting Clairna from some sort of attack)
(Things are pretty shaky between Nightmare and Dream, Damien's past has been starting to be revealed along with Clairna's courtesy of Fay's glitch(I'll try and find the pages where that is if you want to read through parts of their history) and Damien's twin little siblings visited along with his father, the father is in a cell locked up somewhere in Nightmare right now and the twins are going to each join one of the clans(as them actually joining is yet to happen, like they haven't officially joined, as they've only recently appeard, and them joining hasn't been discussed yet with Alex or the other leader). Savannah, Damien's human sister informed Clairna about how Shadow is actually Damien's brother, but was kept a secret from Damien until just very recently now because their parents thought Damien was cursed because of his glitch and they tried to stop his siblings from being in contact with Damien, he'd met the twins purely by accident because of Damien being in hospital after torture from his parents and one of the twins had hurt themselves and so they met Damien that way a few times, Shadow never 'met' his brother, but always knew about Damien being his sibling, though he wanted to keep it a secret for various reasons. This information obviously shook Damien up a bit, seeing as when he received the information, he had been about to kill Shadow, and since he's very protective of his siblings (and Clairna), knowing that if Savannah and Clairna had arrived any later, he would've killed one of his younger brothers, slightly sickened him, but he couldn't really take in the info at all that he had another brother. Dream clan(only a couple of them) helped Savannah, and Clairna, to find where Damien was with Shadow because it was in both clans best interests to find the two befoe Shadow was killed.)
(At that time(after Damien found out, and Taylor healed Shadow's injuries), Shadow was then having trouble with girls, Lilly attacked Fay without even realising what she was doing (hurting Fay via Lilly's glitch/ability), and therefore got growled at by Shadow, and Taylor was secretly very upset too, and Alex showed no signs of anything, except deciding that the girls were being all petty.)
(This is because just beforehand; Shadow was tortured a fair bit before being taken to where Fay was being held(she had been captured earlier on that day because she'd hurt Damien and Clairna by using her glitch to dig up parts of their memory, having them experience their memories all over again while Fay found out info she wasn't allowed to have) and Shadow was forced to remove part of Fay's memory using his glitch, he removed the part where she'd viewed Damien's memories and Clairna's memories earlier that day, but Shadow kissed Fay right before he removed her memory, well part of her memory, so that she'd remember because a kiss can't be forgotten or something and it would act as a key to remembering her removed memory so that she could regain the memory he had to delete. (so then dream clan would be able to have info nightmare clan didn't want them to know) )
(Then while Damien was being told about Shadow being his brother, Fay spotted Shadow(half dead at the time) and she remembered him kissing her and so she went over to him and gave him a kiss(both were on the lips) in return as her answer. Why Shadow is having girl trouble is because Taylor came in and saw Fay kiss Shadow and Lilly who had tagged along with Shadow but locked up in another spot broke free and managed to get to the scene to view the kiss as well, Alex also saw the kiss, but she didn't show any reaction.)
(So as you can imagine, that caused friction between the girls that like him, whether concealed or not)
(Oh and to top it off, the old disease which was mentioned in the history of the first version, see when you joined(the first version) it said nearly all the people had died because of this terrible disease that had no antidote, anyway well the disease is BACK(it never actually reared it's ugly head before, it was only mentioned as part of the backstory for the first version) and it only affects dream/nightmare theives and so the two clans have to put their anger, rivalries, hatred and everything aside for once and try and work together to find an antidote before a month is up or something when people will start dying from the disease. So that's going to be fun. It's pretty much a plague that only affects the dream/nightmare theives, anyway the details of the disaster is on page 76 of this rp, you have to check it out ok? And the name of the disease(as the name isn't on page 76) is here:)

(Noticed you hadn't got the disease up the front and you hadn't gotten the name anywhere at all, I meant to put it here to be helpful for you, instead of you having to find where I wrote it, but it doesn't seem like I've put it in any of my posts either yet)

(Anywho so we all now know what the disease is called! )

(SO read the disease description on page 76 and I hope this major recap/debrief on what's going on and what has happened since the creation of dream theif has been helpful for you! I hope I've made sense and everything in this! If you have any questions just say so and I'll answer them to the best of my ability! )

(Sort of going on from there, oh and I haven't changed anything about this quote, so it's still in reference to talking to city, and part os this recap have repeated a couple of things, however this goes into more detail than the first recap thing, so I decided to leave it, as with this secound recap, it's like you've read it because it is quite detailed)

(Ok so you were up to when they were leaving Nightmare and heading back to dream right? I think you were up to page 109 or aroundabouts.Well here's the recap: )
(Shadow told Fay that when she remembered parts of her memory she had to tell him straight away, he teased Taylor slightly about wanting to play duck duck goose with them because of her comment of telling them to go while referring to them as ducks, he picked both Taylor and Fay up and ran to where Alex was, Shadow obviously got exhuasted from carrying the two girls so he collapsed on the floor after putting them down and Alex told Shadow that he now had an apprentice basically, which Shadow couldn't get out of since noone else was allowed to train Desmond so Shadow was stuck with the job, Alex called all the girls in Dream petty(apart from herself) they then started heading back to Dream base, Shadow got into a new change of clothes because the ones he'd been wearing were all torn up from the torture, Desmond followed Shadow around constantly and got the door of the secound in command's apartment place in dream slammed in his face mainly because Desmond asked about the disease that got Alex shipped over and Shadow really didn't want to talk about it.)
(Meanwhile Clairna finished clearing up and decided to go check on Damien cause she was worried about him after Alex kept talking about something bad going to happen soon, she got more worried when she found him in their kitchen in their apartment place taking some pain relief or something along those lines. Clairna started getting more worried qnd upset, but Damien reassured her, they gave each other a hug and everything seemed ok, Clairna kissed Damien on the lips while they still hugged and they stayed like that for a while till Clairna broke the kiss and told Damien she loved him, he was about to say the same, but then the disease started to show itself properly, Damien couldn't breath and his vision had gone before coughing up blood, Clairna tried to heal Damien a bit, but it for some reason instantly exhuasted her and she hadn't even really done any healing at all yet, she realised that's because Damien had a life threatening problem and that if she healed him she'd die in his place(if she managed to heal him completely at all, it'd be more likely they'd both die), though Clairna would be happy so long as Damien was ok she knew he'd hate that so she decided not to suggest it. Damien is about the only thing that is of importance to Clairna so she started sobbing holding onto Damien not wanting to have to see something like that happen to him again because she knew she might go mad if he died. Clairna had never gotten scared before, but she's terrified she'll lose him now, they decided to go to the hospital with Damien more being completely supported by Clairna on the way there than anything else)
(Going back to Shadow and Desmond well Shadow started getting a fuller dose of the disease just a bit before Damien had, except he got slightly different symptoms, Shadow started having some of his memories relived around him which made him swear a bit, he started shaking from having an extremely high temperature and nearly passed out pretty much, then he suddenly felt better as quickly as it had come, though he rushed to the bathroom to vomit a lot into the sink, he turned the tap on to wash the vomit down the drain and went to the door quite pale, Desmond was still there, he asked him where Alex was before just going to Alex's study hoping she was there, once at the study Alex asked him if he was ok, Shadow started to explain eerything as he'd managed to put two and two together, however he got another wave of the disease hitting full force again so he vomited, he managed to explain what was happening, that the dreaded Densenbyou disease(practically plague) was back and that he'd gotten it somehow, he explained there wouldn't be any documents on it at all around at least not official ones Shadow then had slight trouble breathing, getting a ridiculously high temperature again before coughing a lot and passing out after crashing into a pile of books as you know how many books there are in Alex's study. Alex started to get scared about the situation, she had seen the effects of the disease and everything it could do in her vision, she didn't need to look it up cause she knew what it was like, she freed Shadow from the pile of books, Alex knew that it was all very bad, anyway she decided to take him to the neutral shared hospital for such cases like this as well.)
(On another note hyperJ joined Dream Theif with a guy, now there are like three or four dream guys instead of just three, still the irls outnumber them, at least for the active played charries anyway)
(Desmond practically broke into Shadow's room then and activated his glitch to figure out what was going on, he found out that from his glitch that he just used that Shadow believed Densenbyou was coming back , Desmond got worried because something in his head told him there was a connection between his father(who was japanese) and the disease, but he couldn't remember anything at that point. He used a memory map from some of Shadow's memory as to where Alex's study was or rather where she'd most likely be and found Alex dragging Shadow who was still unconcious to the theif hospital. Desmon decided to help Alex out with taking Shadow to the hospital.)
(Alex and Desmond talked for a bit and Alex took away Shadow's dream bottle so he couldn't use it on accident and cause trouble, Alex explained she didn't know how the disease works, but that it's highly contagious and at the stage Shadow was at he'd likely die without a miracle. Currently the disease is at the severe stage for those that got it first(Shadow and Damien) and everyone else if they've gotten the disease at all are at contagious or mild stage, pretty much we're in what the third week of fhe disease being around again? Wildfire said at some point how long the disease has been around for now, but I csn't remember exactly what she said. Anyway Alex further said that they'd have to talk to someone who was there at the last time this happened to get anymore information, unfortunately most of those who were there at the time are already sick.)
(Vinn goes and orders some stuff in a cafe, completely oblivious to all the recent events concerning dream and nightmare, he meets Nezumiiro a plain human girl whose sanity is questionable and somehow gets into her bad books, all she wants is for him to buy her a replacement drink for the one he spilt, anyway after practically harrassing Vinn another dream sees and is currently trying to help Vinn out I guess and this Claudia person the dream that had spotted Vinn trying to deal with the troublesome Miiro is now trying to fool Miiro into thinking Claudia is on her side, but Miiro doesn't trust anyone so that's going to be interesting)
(Back at the theif hospital Alex and Desmond just decided to go back to Shadow's apartment to see if there is anything that could help them, but Shadow got them to stop by grabbing Alex, I'll get back to this later)
(Meanwhile Clairna and Damien decided to take the train to the theif hospital as it's the quickest way, Damien got part of Clairna covered in blood from his coughing on the way there, once there Damien started having a breakdown for full details on that go to page 119 as it's sorta necessary too read it, it's too complex to say it quickly in a recap really, basically Damien has a large hallucination that makes him think Clairna is his dead mother and that all the people he's killed as Cross have come back to life , he destroyed his nightmare bottle and set all the thirteen monsters from Savannah's nightmares on 40 random civillians in the train, turning the place into a bloodbath. And no you're up-to-date with Clairna and Damien, just read my latest post for Clairna in this post for the next bit and then continue. )
(Now to finish up the recap part for Shadow/Alex/Desmond, so while all that was happening oh I've forgotten to mention Fay's sitting in her room right now (oh wait she just went and started talking to Mark) and Taylor would probably be somewhere in dream, this is just a suggestion, but maybe Taylor is at the theif hospital and saw Alex, Shadow and Desmond arrive and is now witnessing the current scene there.... )
(After getting Alex to wait Shadow started to get a huge wave of the disease to hit him, he started talking to a hallucination called Anita, a girl who's dead and used to be in dream, she died the first time this disease came around and was the first girl Shadow loved, which explains how he's quite reluctant in getting too cloe to any of the girls, after practically looking half insane by crying like a baby into Alex's shoulder he got extreme breathing problems and his heart failed, then doctors race in and start trying to use those defibrillators things (those pad things they use you know those things that they put on the chest of someone whose practically dead and send electrical shocks through them trying to restart their heart, those things) on Shadow in the hopes of making his heart beat again. Alex is currently going half mad screaming at Shadow and has been shoved into a corner away from the doctors more so they can concentrate. Really you HAVE to read page 119 as I can't really put Damien's freakout, Shadow's half breakdown and practically death and everything else that happens on page 119 in a recap, it's just too epic to miss, both of those scenes with Shadow and Damien are on page 119, I strongly recommend you read that page!!!^.^)
(Oh and Desmond is watching Alex freak and Shadow die and his powers activated and he remembered something important; that his father created the Densenbyou disease! And I think that's about it! )

(Desmond told Alex he thinks he might now how to get a cure to the disease, but this info made Alex decide his father was Cross for some reason, and she then decided to avenge those that died by Cross' hand by killing his 'son' Desmond, though all the while it's a mistaken identity.)
(Shadow got sorted out when a doctor who knew what he was doing, knew that Shadow had gone into asystole, he received a chest compression, to see if that'd help, which it didn't really, him having defibrillators used was a bad idea, as that just about loses all possibility of starting his heart up again, however Shadow then had a endotracheal intubation, so they could start his breathing again, and then hopefully be able to start his heart.)
(Meanwhile Damien told Clairna to kill him, though he didn't realise it was Clairna he was talking to, Clairna got quite damaged by this for a bit, especially when Damien recovered his sanity, and had given up on living, deciding he was going to die, Clairna refused to believe that, and tried to heal him, even though that'd mean certain death for her, but she quickly passed out from exhuastion while trying to heal him, she was very lucky she didn't die as well, Damien had been telling her to not heal him, it's pointless(it is), he tried to convince Clairna to accept his death or rather, his soon to be death, but she couldn't, she told him she'd die if he did, and then after she tried healing him, and then fainting/going unconcious, Damien took them off the now stopped train as they'd arrived at the destination, and he took her to the shared theif hospital, where he too, collapsed, having used the last of his strength to get Clairna to the thief hospital.)
(Fay and Mark arrived at the shared thief hospital, them both being sick and deciding they should go there, both not realising what sort of disease they had. Both saw Damien and Clairna looking half dead on the floor, Mark ignored the two, but Fay asked Damien what are they doing here, to which Damien told her to mind her own business(but in a Damien fashion, all very polite and bland and all). In the same area, Alex told Desmond she wasn't going to kill/fight him till he was out of the hospital, before moving away and breaking down in tears near where Shadow was because she was upset about him dying, and probably about other things too. Damien focused on Clairna's long hair to try and distract himself from the pain his body was telling him he was going through, while he watched over Clairna, as she was still out of it.)
(Desmond briefly tried to figure out who the Cross person is/was, but he was running out of energy, so he didn't figure/find much out really. Meanwhile Fay remembered Shadow and hers kiss, and blushed a bit, seemingly forgetting she was sick for a few secounds then, staring at the cross mark on her hand.)
(At that moment, Damien's schizophrenia kicked in, since he hadn't taken his medication, and the Densenbyou disease enhanced the effects of that condition, and he took on the persona of Cross. This caused a bit of trouble, and miraculously, Alex didn't seem to notice, Clairna awoke, and then tried to sort Cross out, but it didn't really work, Clairna hense got mad and started threatening doctors to get a room ready for Damien, Clairna continuously trying to get Cross to see sense, and try and make him remember and get him back to the normal Damien. his condition of schizophrenia became worse, so that he kept switching between personalities and such, just about every sentence.)
(Meanwhile Fay went into Shadow's room, shocked at how much Alex was crying, she started to cry to, but soon it was reported that Shadow had a heart beat again, but still he was going to die sooner or later anyway because of the disease, though he was alive 'just' for now. Fay found out about Anita, but she's not sure how to react to that info.)
(At the same time, Savannah and the two twins arrived at the hospital, and Savannah bullied her way into the hospital, acquiring passes to get in, Savannah kept using a bit of foul language, noting that the hospital was in disarray and making most scared of her. Shadow heard his sister and called out to her, wanting to see her, but he got sedated with a special medicinne that didn't affect the disease, but still knocked people out well, and Savannah wasn't allowed to see him because it'd 'stir him up to much'.)
(At the same time Desmond tried to remedy the situation by trying to tranquilise Damien and Clairna, which Clairna, using her healer powers, neutralised the effects of the drugs, and then grabbed Desmond and started yelling at him, pissed off that he tried something like that.)
(Desmond got hit my Clairna's ability briefly, before Clairna followed Damien to his hospital bed, as Damien was hen taken to a bed, though Clairna started telling the hospital staff off because they put Shadow and Damien in the same room, and if either of them woke up, it'd be likely they'd try and kill each other, despite being brothers.)
(Clairna started taunting Fay and Alex, mostly to try and get her anger and upset out of her system, but that didn't really work, well she riled Alex up well enough, and they had a huge argument, but it didn't help Clairna in venting out her emotions much at all. Savannah found out Clairna is Damien's boyfriend, which he had been keeping a secret from his sister, Clairna and Alex were just abbout at each other's throats till Damien had a momentary bout of sanity, and he got Clairna to calm down, and sort of resolved their arguing for the time being. Damien convinced Clairna to go work together with Desmond to find a cure, but to only go and do that after Damien re-lost his sanity because he wanted Clairna there, so he could be with her for as long as possible as he didn't know when he'd become sane again, so he wanted to spend that small amount of time with her, which she agreed to enthusiastically, no way was Clairna going to leave him if he didn't want her to.)
(While that was happening, the doctors in the room were having a long conversation about the problem of putting Damien and Shadow in the same room, but they eventually concluded they had currently, no other choice.)
(Savannah got a bit harrassed by a nurse, while Fay was comforted by another, and while Clairna talked to Damien about various things, including them both regretting following the orders just like everyone else did, to burn all the files on Densenbyou that had been documented and all, which is the reason why there is no information or very little, apart from what's stored in the survivors memories. A doctor came over at sorted the nurse that was arguing with Savannah out, and Savannah was enlisted to help with the situation because she had some medical skills, and they need all the help they can get, it was also explained to Savannah why there wasn't much at all left on the Densenbyou disease/plague.)
(Mark reassured Desmond that it'll work out, someone will come, as at the time, Desmond was feeling a bit depressed because he hadn't gotten anyone to listen, at that point Damien lost his sanity, and Clairna kept her word and went to Desmond, with Savannah being put in charge of taking care of Damien for now, while Clairna couldn't, and then Clairna told Desmond she'd help him, well not exactly in a nice manner, she threatened to kill Mark, and it took a while to just convince her to not kill Mark, to which Desmond was very enthusiastic about, that he had to work with the girl that currently had him on her definite kill list.)

(And I will reply with Clairna later, I think I have to sleep for an hour or two from exhaustion because I've written(or rummaged through pages to find things to be quoted) all this in under an hour or so, I had to take a break anyway, cause my memory has failed me now, and I can't think straight...*is momentarily dead*)

(Clairna decided that finding the cure was the priority, she could kill Mark and Desmond off straight after if she wished, but finding the cure to the disease and saving Damien was a lot more important than killing two kids off, so they would have to wait for now. Alex was told about the train station disaster, and she decided to go fix that up, otherwise there could be trouble, also Alex made an agreement with Clairna that if Alex fixed up that problem, the nightmare girl wouldn't harm a hair on Desmond's and Mark's heads.)
(Mark decided he wanted to rile Clairna up more for some reason, both were riling each other up I suppose, which worked quite well, at the same time, Clairna was talking to Alex, (who hadn't left to sort out the train situation yet), and was making her angry because of something Clairna said (as Damien had discussed this with Clairna before, so she knew a fair bit of the details) Alex then absolutely decided that Clairna must be Cross, and that as soon as Alex didn't need her around, Miss Cross(Clairna) was going to die)
(Meanwhile quite oblivious to the whole commotion; Nezumiiro was busy talking to Claudia and Vinn, and the two dream thieves found out that although Nezumiiro was a proper human, she was related to thieves and always carried her mother's thief bottle around her neck, and that Nezumiiro does lots of investigating around the two clans, and knew a lot, despite being an outsider. And that when the council previously was slaughtered, Nezumiiro was present, and witnessed the whole thing, she even talked to Shadow and Alex just before the destruction of the council began. So Nezumiiro was there at an important part in history, Claudia kept talking to her, and while they both insulted Vinn a fair bit, both girls discovered they had a fair bit in common, and decided to become friends.)
(Things were sort of interrupted while we discussed Halloween, and the event that was on for a page or two)
(After that though because Mark threatened Damien too much, (he used his glitch on the guy and caused Damien to freak out for a bit) and the strain of everything, and how her blood lust was playing up a little already, Clairna snapped, and her true evil self came out, last time she was like this she was a child, and she'd massacred a large city of several million, before she stopped, and that was when she wasn't trained much at all yet, now Clairna is a more lethal weapon, as she is a lot more skilled now than that last time, so she's capable of killing a lot more than that now. Really the only thing that has been keeping her in check up till now is Damien, as he's like her safety line, but things got too much, especially since Damien is ill, so she snapped, and her current desire is to killing everything in sight (all living creatures in the world) and Clairna started to try and kill all of those around her.)
(She started activating nightmares in her bottle, and set them loose on people, Alex started to try and fight Clairna, while Clairna slaughtered random patients, doctors, and nurses.)
(Clairna spotted an open door, so went through it, and arrived in the room where Shadow, Savannah, Fay, Damien, the two twins Charlie and Ray, as well as many doctors and nurses were in. When Fay saw that Clairna had obviously gone coo-coo the smart coward quietly went out of that room, and eventually hid in a toilet in a fairly nearby girl's public bathroom.)
(Clairna decided to play a pain game with Savannah, with the twins as the reward, well Clairna promised she wouldn't kill the twins if Savannah won the game. Desmond meanwhile didn't know what to do, but he tried to help Damien by taking the effects of the disease for him via his ability, as the disease heightens the effects of schizophrenia, and so that'd reduce the likelyhood of Damien going insane, and then Desmond took a bite from a poisonous lizard that Clairna had let loose to deal with the snakes that Alex had sent into the room, Desmond's current condition is unknown I'm pretty sure...)
(Damien is the only one who can bring Clairna back to her senses, a doctor gave him his prescribed medication, so that he could remain sane and not be affected by the schizophrenia, as he needed to be sane to have any chance of calming, and getting Clairna back to her own sanity. Damien tried to convince Clairna to play with him instead of his sister Savannah, but Clairna refused this, he couldn't get her to leave his siblings alone.)
(At the same time, Kahen, a girl that so far, was oblivious to everything, heard noises in the far distance of fighting and the smell of blood, as she had been in lynx form at the time, the nightmare clan girl then quickly travelled to the shared thief hospital to find out what was wrong, she met Fay and is currently talking to her, though Kahen hasn't received much information on the current situation from Fay, Kahen, the kind girl she is, has decided to try and help Fay somehow though because she feels sorry for the sick girl. Kahen is no longer in lynx form, but her human form because the smell of vomit, blood and everything is too much for a sensitive cat nose to handle.)
(Fay also has a small butterfly acting as a spy in the currently most violent and chaotic room, aka, the place where most of them are right now)
(Back in the most interesting room right now, Damien tried to distract Clairna by talking to her, which momentarily worked, however the girl was too set on the game, so any distractions didn't distract her for long. Soon enough, Clairna and Savannah started to play the game Clairna came up with, right now Savannah has a severe injury to near her shoulder, and on the other arm a long, yet shallow wound to her upper arm. Those are two injuries received by playing the game. Clairna just delt herself a deep wound to her side, yet she showed absolutely no pain, and even grinned at Savannah, which pointed out that no matter how hard Savannah tried, she would lose the game because Clairna had too high a pain tolerance, whereas Savannah had a normal sort of pain tolerance.)
(Just a bit before that though, Damien pissed Clairna off enough for her to call a creature that she had under her control, a nightmare from her bottle, and she ordered it to strangle him, which it is doing successfully currently.)
(There is a monster guarding a hole in the wall that Damien made, so that nothing can come through without having to deal with the monster that is under Clairna's command.)
(Clairna threatened Charlie briefly because the twins were getting on her nerves, but she promised she wouldn't hurt the two till the game with Savannah was over, though she told the kids if they annoyed her too much, Shadow would be in trouble, so the kids are now too scared to do anything at all.)
(So things are looking pretty grim there)
(Claudia sensed something was wrong at the dream bases, so she told Vinn and Nezumiiro that they better hurry there)

(Wait, Fay has to activate her glitch for it to work, so why is she constantly activating her glitch to see people's memories? Like she's making it sound like she doesn't have a choice...I get why she'd be doing that, to maybe find out information, but she certainly has a choice to not use her ability on people....So there is no reason for her to sound like she has no choice...At least that's what I thought...*is now confused over this*)

This girl was being very trying in Kahen's opinion, the girl seemed to not want to help or be helped really at all, well Fay, as what she'd called herself, didn't seem to be really taking in anything Kahen said, really the girl sounded crazy, so because of the doubt surrounding how sane this Fay was, Kahen had decided the girl didn't really want help.
"Didn't you hear what I just said? It's going to be ages before I can find even one nurse, unless you're happy with a couple of dead nurses. It's not wise to stay here, you could get hurt, and also it'd be too big a time period, you could be gone from here by the time I get back, and I'm not going to help someone who is liable to wander off somewhere, right now you don't sound like you want help, you just want to be left alone in here. If you really wanted help you'd come with me, but you just want to hide away. Either you decide to come right now or I'm leaving you here and not coming back."
Breathing out slowly, trying not to let her anger get the better of her, Kahen calmed down, she added softly, "We're not even in the same clans, so I have no reason to help you in the first place, I'm only trying to help because in this situation, I feel I should help everyone, but you don't even want to come out of that toilet, I can't help you if you don't want me to."

Damien
He shrugged, “I haven’t got any reason for self-preservation, I’m dying in a month anyways and I’ve seen this disease before, the lucky ones go into comas the rest are screaming in pain the whole way through. I’d prefer being killed to that actually.”
“You didn’t tell me you wouldn’t and as I said, I know you. You shouldn’t doubt I knew about your ‘Eliminate all weapons including self’ plan.” ,Damien stated calmly. The albino frowned, “I was waiting for some smart remark about body language and lying and sh*t. you disappoint me.”

Just as the large, red eyed, black dog started to come out Damien was yanked from the nightmare and back into reality. There was a funny little mechanism in the brain that’d pull one back if they were dying and he hadn’t been quick enough to get his Nightmare.

His throat started making odd suffocating sounds as he was pulled back into his strangling body. Unconnected thoughts scrambled through his head, none staying long enough for him to process them. All he really knew was that he was dying, dying and that he’d failed Clairna, that he hadn’t been able to get her back.

They stiffened, relaxing as she confirmed the lack of immediate danger.

Clairna ignored the guy, like she'd decided earlier, he was about to die, and so there was no point answering anything he said anymore, though she gave a smile at the choking noises, though refused to look, she didn't want to look for some odd reason, focusing on Savannah, "Your turn," she said, practically purring with enjoyment right now because she knew Savannah knew that she'd lose, then the twin's lives would be lost, Clairna loved that expression on the older girl's face.
The girl also enjoyed playing around with the twins mental states while she waited for Savannah's replies to things.

Suffocation sounds were starting to become more strained, like the body couldn't even feebly protest like that anymore, a little voice in her head asked her to turn around, Clairna mentally refused, though she didn't like how she didn't want to look so she glanced behind her and looked at the albino guy, he was pale, though he was already pale, this was the paleness that looked cold, and well dead, and he wasn't moving, nor breathing, she decided he was dead, suffocated by her creature.
But she wasn't pleased, her eyes widened and turned properly around to look at the body, he was dead, right? That should make her happy, one less thing to kill in the world, and yet, she didn't understand this bottomless feeling that she now had, like she'd done something absolutely horrid.
Something in the back of her mind screamed to help him, which Clairna didn't want to do, she never helped something.
Still the girl stood filled with strong indecision, the thing that kept screaming inside her head becoming louder, the girl made to move her hands to cover her ears, but before she did so she realised that wouldn't block it out.
Memories that the girl had been hiding peeped out crevices in her mind, Clairna's eyes widened in shock at everything, "I-" she said briefly, she might as well have not said anything at all, the bloodlust was fading, the shock of seeing him presumably dead in front of her shocked her back to sanity, well knowing that she killed him was enough for her to gain control again.
Clairna's eyes cleared their vacant unseeing look, and the girl collapsed to her knees, to upset to stand, tears rolled down her face, as she tried not to scream, Clairna didn't know what to do, what had she done?
Damien didn't look like he was alive, her other self had killed him, she killed him, it was her fault he was dead, her hands covered her mouth, too shocked and horrified at herself to do much else other than try and not hyperventilate.
All she could see right now was Damien, floating eerily above the floor, still in the clutches of the creature her other self had summoned, nothing else in the room was there right now.
Half stumbling, she crawled along the floor, trying not to fall over from her shock restricting her movements, reaching where he was, staring up at the boy, Clairna was at a loss as to what she could do, she wondered very briefly at his hand, which was gone, other than that, he was mostly the same as how she'd last seen him.
There was a big patch of her memory hidden, as what had happened the last time her blood lust was allowed to run amok without restraint, so Clairna had no real clue as to what she'd done, biting her lip now, so hard that it bled, she dug her fingers into the floor, causing the flooring to warp slightly, and her fingers to bruise and start to bleed from the pressure she was putting them through.
Numbly she made the nightmare she'd summoned, the one that had suffocated Damien, go away, almost instantly the albino fell, landing slightly oddly in front of her.
Dimly registering this she tried to stop herself from sobbing, holding in her sadness, but staring at him lying there in front of him was too much, slowly the girl started to cry, falling forward and sobbing on Damien, clutching onto the boy, parts of her hair plastered to her face because of the tears, her crying was loud, desolate sounding.
Without warning the distraught girl threw back her head and screamed, but it wasn't really one a human could hear, so it appeared to be a silent sort of scream, but it wasn't, the windows in the room shattered into tiny pieces, so harsh was the silent scream, nearby dogs outside for probably a few miles, as sound travels far, howled upon having their ears hurt so badly, even though the humans nearby couldn't really hear the scream, it was probably causing them all a harsh migraine because of the sudden pressure created by the girl screaming.
Stopping just as suddenly it occured to her that she could still save him, so Clairna tried to do cpr, after a little while, Damien started breathing by himself, very slowly and not very well, but he was breathing, the girl then held onto him, she hoped her sanity would hold out, he hadn't woken yet, Clairna decided it might be best for her to die or Damien's life could be in danger of being taken away by her other self, she didn't want that to happen, the only way for him to be safe was if she was dead, then he wouldn't be hurt, but she didn't want to do that just yet till she made sure Damien woke up properly.

(yeah, I agree with wildfire, going for a non-active mentor will doom your charrie to not being rped much, and I forgot people had to confirm that, good of you to remember wildfire)
(And I hope this is ok, to me, it sort of feels like I didn't do it right, this post feels bad to me for some reason somehow, I feel like it's a bad attempt at a post, but maybe I'm just in a 'criticise myself and the things I do' mood. But it just feels off...So I don't like this, but I don't think I can write a better attempt, which irritates me...)
