Redpaw nodded and mewed, "Yes, it would be a valuable skill to have." and she calmly jumped over the gate in the direction of the river.

Falconfang mewed, "That cat never ceases to amaze me." and he padded after her.

[wolf ;;]

Sandyfern flicked an ear, then she followed after her apprentice and her kit.

[walk.]

Redpaw arrived at the small river separating Splash clan and Night clan. She looked over and noticed a dark grey medium pelted Tom apprentice, his eyes as blue as the Ocean, who was fishing with a large white Tom cat over him. The apprentice lifted his head and noticed Redpaw but the Tom snarled, "Crowpaw! Keep your eyes on that fish! Oh now you've lost it!" Crowpaw rolled his eyes and mewed, "That was you shouting Clearwater! It wasn't my fault, I just noticed a bird, that's all!" flickered his tail in his mentors face. Clearwater growled and mewed, "Don't you dare be so disrespectful, I am going to tell Sunstar about you!" and he leapt up the rocks. Crowpaw padded over to the water's edge and mewed, "Hi!"

Sandyfern flicked her tail, and she looked at the water, then she looked at the SplashClan cats.

[walk.]

Redpaw mewed, "Oh hi, that cat was harsh to you!" Crowpaw shrugged and mewed, "You have a lot to live up to, being the son of a deceased evil deputy! Clearwater is just over anxious!"

[wolf ;;]

Sandyfern growled softly, her eyes narrowed as she watched Redpaw and Crowpaw. "Come on Redpaw, we're suppose to be fishing."

[walk.]

Redpaw mewed, "Wait a second Sandyfern, Crowpaw, is your father Troutclaw?" Crowpaw nodded and mewed, "The one and only! And wait, you're Splashpaw's sister! He's my brother!"

[wolf ;;]

"Your half-brother." Sandyfern corrected. "Splashpaw doesn't have any full siblings."

[walk.]

Crowpaw rolled his eyes and mewed,"Yeah yeah whatever! That's so cool, having a half brother in another clan, I must be related to you in someway, sort of!" Redpaw nodded and mewed, "Yeah, we must be!"

Sandyfern sat down, and she watched the apprentices before she scented the air. "Speaking of Splashpaw, I think he's coming here right now."
