I think it'd be great fun to make up a mythology/religion world-building for WME's <3 Making new mythologies for species is always great fun, especially when it's a species as strange as the WME's! Like, how would their mountain living affect their religion? Would they have one god, or a whole herd? What would it/they look like, and would it/they even be a WME or would they be derived from a whole bunch of other alpine creatures, like Alpine Choughs, or Mountain Goats, or Marmots? Would alpine flora have any symbolic meanings for WME's? Would they have any fables that mothers tell to their foals, and that get passed down through the generations? I think it would be a great idea to get the creative juices flowing for everyone :3

Plus, I think talking about this kind of thing would only start getting offensive if you start dragging in actual religions and beliefs into it, like using distinctly hindu or christian iconography or tales. Then it would be annoying for everyone, not just for people of that religion : x

I always love reading worldbuilding/creation stories that people create for their own little worlds, they're always so creative and interesting to read!

WME's are animals, they do not have a God. They are animals, not humans. Thus they should be treated so.

So if this offends anyone, especially those in the role play, I can understand adding a personality but humanising a creature to the point where it has a God or religion is beyond me. Though stories I can kind of get my head round.

People have asked this before and I said no to the idea before. Just so we make this clear.

Equids do not have Gods or divine beings. They can have legends of a especially heroic/brave/fast/smart equid but no Gods, no divine being and no beliefs.

I don't really think it'd be a good idea anyways. I agree word for word with Ral.

But about the stories, that'd be awesome! I see only one problem. We (the fanclubbies) can't create WMEs. So what if we had famous legends from a few WMEs you artists create. No one would own them and we could set up a poll on their famous names. And then same with the plot and what they did and stuff. But the cool thing is is that everyone would be a part of it!

you can create wme's but because they are legendary you don't need to create a design, they can be mystical floating silhouettes.

No specific details. Just saying:

"The was a legendary equid. He stood high on the mountains, the wind flowing through his mane and tail as he watched the sun ride and sun set over herd. When they were in danger he would jump from his cliff and storm down to protect them, flailing his hooves, striking down any predator."

You don't need to describe their colour.

Would WME's have stories that they pass down? Like,funny stories about the animals that live on the mountains with them that have a message at the end? (Like don't go jumping off cliffs or eating yellow snow xD)
