Sometimes we find ourselves caught up in a dark place, but we don't have to stay there. You're a city kid with your own problems, problems that have been leading you down the wrong path; or so your parents say. Deciding it's time to take matters into their own hands, your parents have decided to get you back on the straight and narrow. You're being sent down into the south on a "Troubled Teen" program over your summer break, and chances are no city kid would be excited about being surrounded by a bunch of dumb redneck's for the summer; right? Well, you don't really have a say in the matter, so for the next three months it'd be best to get comfortable with the change of scenery. You'll be living on a farm with a farmer and his family, but don't worry, you have a guest house you'll be sharing with three other city kids like yourself. At least someone there will understand you...

Here's the gist of what you need to know!

They're going to be four city kids down on the farm for a sort of "reality check," if you will. If you're playing a city kid, they can be either stuck up (so their parents sent them away), in trouble with the law, or something along these lines.

They're going to be four country kids in the small town the farm is located on. One girl and one boy will be the children of the farmer, while the other boy will be hired by the farmer to help around the farm, and the other girl will be a friend of the farmers daughter. The country kids are essentially there to just keep an eye on them, and also sort of give them a new perspective on life; try and open their eyes. They'll be showing them around town, showing the city kids the ropes, and etc.

[ Dal's eyes are an everyday, average dark brown. They're perhaps a tad darker than most, but nothing glaringly darker. ]

[ The boy seems to have a year long tan. His skin is not very dark tan, however; just a nice, golden, summer tan. Due to being out on the fields all summer, his skin has become accustom to the sun, and doesn't tan easily. His skin is perhaps slightly more tan over summer compared to winter, but not by an astonishing degree. ]

[ Dallas has the body of a country boy, no doubt. His muscles have more mass than the average city kid, but around his parts he's rather average. If he were down in the city, dressed up like another city kid, people wouldn't be gawking; he has muscle, but nothing ridiculous. His body is nothing other than what you would expect someone of hauling hay and doing some good old country work. Over years and years of farm work, it's only natural that he'd have a sculpted core, meaty arms, and a broad chest. ]

[ Dallas is someone you could label as "straight lace," having his parents values engraved into his brain for so many years. Growing up in the small town he still lives in today, there have always been eyes watching; leaving no room for playing the "bad boy" part, even if he wanted to. This has probably served him for the better, keeping him out of trouble and on the straight and narrow. Dal is the polite and polished image everyone in this little town has of a young boy approaching "manhood," if you will. He's been raised on the common morals of any small town family; to follow the bible, always be polite, and do as you're told. As a boy, he only spoke when spoken to when it came to authority; his parents did a good job of instilling the "a child is better seen than heard," motto into their household. In result he's rather soft spoken, and tends to speak to the point, around adults anyway. He's not one to argue with a demand or request from any authority figure, much less even those of his own age. He's been raised to always lend out a helping hand, to do what you can even if you can't to much. While saying this, he doesn't just let people walk all over him, or wouldn't, since he hasn't had to deal with anyone like that in this small knit-together place.
The brunette's a little more flexible when it comes to those his age, but one wouldn't call him a socialite. Dallas is plenty friendly, and can easily keep a conversation going just like anyone else. Just like many of the other boys, he works on a farm, though, and is often busy out in the fields from dawn to dusk, leaving him little social time with those from school and around town. Dallas actually likes getting to know people, though, and is rather accepting of multiple personalities. Some city kids can find him a bit intrusive because of his naive-ness when it comes to the sort of problems they have, but he means to harm. He's quick to politely apologizing when having offended anyone, but this isn't often; he's learned to keep his opinions and questions to himself.
Dal has always been a hard worker, having grown up on the countryside. There's no slacking out here when there's work to be done, and he's not naive to this fact. He's rather efficient in getting manual labor done and over with, and just as diligent in his studies. Schools down south are rather average compared to the city, so his school work is likely not near as challenging as it could be, but nonetheless, he works hard at it (as well as everything else) to get it done. As you could guess, he's not one for procrastinating, more of a "just get up and do it," kind of guy. He doesn't just do what he has to do when it comes to work, though; he does it right, perfect, and nothing less.
Dallas try's to think things through before acting, but everyone makes mistakes and jumps into things head first from time to time. Most often he's rather analytical of situations, thinking of the repercussions of any actions. He uses his common sense, and does his best not to outsmart it. His golden rule is to tell the truth, as when something has gone wrong, being honest will make things better in the long run. Owning up to his mistakes is not a fear he carries on his shoulders, but embraces. When he messes up, he cleans it up. ]

[ Dallas has grown up a pretty average childhood, especially compared to the general population of his small town. Not much happens there out of the ordinary, and Dallas is just one more ordinary piece to the puzzle. While his father is an everyday rancher, his mother owns a small but popular restaurant (partly due to the fact that there are few in the first place) toward the middle of town. As a child Dallas often watched after his siblings and did his chores just like any other good southern boy. In his spare time, he'd hang around the ranch with his father, or go out and explore with his friends. As he got older, Dal got a job on the farm "next door", and to this day works there alongside the farmer's son. He also works on his fathers ranch, which is "partnered" with the farmers farm. ]

[ erin is slender but muscled. it's not particularly bulging out of her clothes, but if she flexed her arms then you'd be able to see some there. she got used to fighting off people since her primary school days, when parents would tell their children she was a freak or something because she has two fathers. as an adolescent, erin is used to fighting off people, and seeing as that's how she always got her point across in the past, that's her main way of showing emotion of any sort. ]

[ erin takes pride in the fact that she's the one that needs to be in the lead and she's the one that takes the front line in any fight. she's quick to react and more of an "ask questions later" kind of person. she goes in head first and sometimes takes the price for it, but as long as it was her choice in the first place, then she often will not complain.
erin must always be the one that makes choices for herself. she freaks out if someone orders her to do something and will do just the opposite (or not do anything at all and just sit there) of the order. she was raised to make sure she would always be free to make her own decisions and handle her own problems, and that was how she was forced to live most of the time anyway, what with most of her days spent at schools that looked at her strange because she had two fathers.
as a result of this upbringing and these experiences, erin is not easily offended but is sensitive about certain things. she doesn't get hurt, particularly, but she does lash out whenever people hit a nerve of hers.
erin doesn't tend to think things through. she's very impulsive, and it gets her into heaps of trouble. also, she doesn't really care about hat other people think. so she'll go breaking laws and rules and windows willy nilly because she doesn't think a year or two in jail will really matter in the grand scheme of life or something.
erin is not very intelligent. she can do english and history alright, and biology was okay, but anything that had to do with numbers messed her up. she can do simple math fine, but once she got into calculus and physics, she didn't know what the heck was going on.
when she does stop and think, erin is actually vaguely comprehensible, but sometimes it really is hard to tell. her thinking process is scattered because a lot of other things come to her mind all the time and her brain usually flies off into thousands of different tangents. she somehow manages to make a definitive decision, though.
erin doesn't believe in crying or being sad, but of course her tough girl exterior has to break down sometimes, and when it does, she indulges in very large, very loud crying and kicking sessions where she locks herself in her room and just screams at the world.
when it's not something that is one of her particular pet peeves, erin is actually very entertaining to be around. her jokes are rather crude, but she'll make you laugh. and she's surprisingly patient as long as the reasons are good, and typically she's flexible and understanding when people change plans or what favors. she's not overly accommodating--she's not one to roll over and let people do what they want as they walk over her--but she's not against getting up and helping out often. in general, erin is a pretty decent person. just try not to p-ss her off a ton and you should be fine. because she can hold grudges really well.

she only ever wears studs and/or bars in her ears. never hoops or dangling earrings.
erin is incapable of wearing anything without another layer on top. unless it's, like, in the middle of summer. she also usually feels most comfortable with something covering her neck (whether it's a collar, necklace, or scarf).
she doesn't sleep very much. she's also addicted to tea.

[ father and mother, divorced. she lived with her father and his boyfriend until she was in college, at which point she moved out. she has no siblings. ]

[ erin's mother and father divorced a long time ago when she was only a few years old. her father subsequently began going out with another man (this was actually the reason her parents broke up). she was brought up with both of them in her life and her mom outside of it, so it made her somewhat insecure as a prepubescent teenager, but after she got through that awkward phase, erin didn't mind her parentage so much. she got a lot of crap about it though, which is basically the reason why people have labelled her "troubled". erin has lashed out multiple times against people that has made digs at her fathers or herself, not to mention the fact that she goes around kicking doors instead of pushing them with her hand. her fathers, while they appreciated her reasons, decided that this really couldn't go on, so they shipped her out to the country to try and calm her down and find some people slightly more accepting of her family. ]

It is mostly straight, with a bit of a wave in the front and towards the ends if she doesnt do anything with it, which she usualy doesnt. ]

[ Dark brown, sort of a mix between coffee and chocolate. ]

[ Dark Tan, she retains this color all year long except in the winter when she does pale just a little bit. ]

[ She is not outstandingly tall, standing at 5' 7'' and her frame is filled out nicely at an even 130 pounds. She doesnt have much visible fat on her, since she is rarely found sitting still, but she still retains some natural curves. Her arms have a bit of muscle from heafting hay and doing other chores around the farm, and she has serveral scars, mostly around her knees elbows and hands from being a bit of a tom boy. ]

- p e r s o n a l i t y:
Opinionated, Outspoken, Stubborn, and Sarcastic, Aly isn't exactly the best representation of southern hospitality. She is not keen on meeting new people, especially those she considers to be 'outsiders'. She is very slow to trust and not at all talkative, so all together she is not the most welcoming. Perhaps a bit of this was because she was raised on a farm, not really isolated but not exactly used to a wide variety of people. To those who do not know her well, she is gruff and to the point. And she can be the same way with those she is close to, but here is where her personality can really change. She likes to laugh, though her humor can be sarcastic and crude, but never mean spirited. She is polite and always quiet, unless giving her opinion of course. She strongly believes in the saying if you don't have anything worth saying, don't say anything at all. She respects her elders and those of authority, and expects others to do the same. She holds herself on a high set of morals and standards, and sometimes wrongly expects others t do the same. She is always up for an adventure, and is sometimes prone to rushing through her work so that she can go do something more interesting. She is highly opinionated and in turn forms strong opinions of others and often rather quickly, a bad habit she knows but she can't help it.
If you happen to befriend her she does soften up a bit but don't expect a 180 turn around. She has a hard time expressing herself to other people, and really struggles with what you might call pep talks. While she can have the upmost empathy, she cannot for the life of her form the right words to right a situation, or to try and help cheer up a friend or loved one. Usually she just sits silent with a strange expression of confusion and frustration. She opens up most to the animals, and at heart is a loner, something that will never change. She is a person you have to get used to, love or hate. And she doesn’t care which.
Along with all of this comes honesty, loyalty, and someone who is willing to listen to a good friend who just needs to get something off of their chest, as long as they don't expect an uplifting speech at the end. She is really not a bad person, her exterior is just a bit rough, and her mind strong.

She is a tom boy. She enjoys hunting and getting her hands dirty.
She loves horses and other animals, and most often prefers their company to any other.
She has a hunting dog she trained herself, a 5 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound named Ranger.

When she is nervous she chews on her bottom lip, often times making it chapped.
She will twirl her hair. She does this when she is day dreaming or just not paying attention to her actions. She hates it but it is something she cannot stop.
She can only eat one thing at a time on her dinner plate. She eats in the order of least favorite to favorite, and can not take a bite of one food and then the other before she finished the first. And she never mixes her food. A small bought of OCD, if you will.

Quiet and very well mannered, he is what you would call a southern gentleman. He is not quick to anger, and is the sort of person to call everyone either ma'am or sir. He is always polite, whether he likes you or not, and can never deny someone a helping hand. If you ask him chivalry never died and everyone is a good hearted person. He'll give you the shirt off his back if you ask for it. He is a hard worker, honest and responsible with everything he does. Some say he is naive, but you will have to decide that for yourself. He likes to take things nice and easy, and has a hard time making quick impulse decisions. He doesn't do well with sarcasm. Either he doesn’t catch it or he doesn’t think it is funny. He has a very traditional and set view of how people should be. You're not a man if you can't put in a hard day’s work, you haven’t skinned a deer, or you can't drive a stick shift, though he has a slightly more modern view for women, given his sister refuses to act prim and proper he has been somewhat forced into it. However he still treats every woman as a lady, and expects every man to do the same.

Though all of this may sound a bit uptight, he does know how to wind down and have some fun. He will have a few beers if offered, and as long as the fun is good and not too unlawful, he's up for it. He's not afraid to get dirty, four wheeling and having a good wrestling match in the dirt. He played football in high school but his grades were just good enough to keep him on the team. He was never very interested in sciences or math, and reading was something he didnt spare time for. And between football and work on the farm, his studies were not exactly first priority. He views schhol as something you have to go through growing up, try your best and get through it. Don't sweat about getting straight A's. So obviously he has no current plans to go to college.

“The name’s Zachary Will Stone. A jumble of stupid names, isn’t it? That’s why I nicknamed myself in the city. Who wants to go by Zachary, anyways? It’s overrated. I’m not the kind of person that shoots for overrated.”

“My full ‘nickname’ is Treble Stone. No middle name. …Yeah, I realize it’s different, but I’m a different kind of person. Got a problem with that? Anyways, I gave it to myself a few years back. It’s more of a nickname than anything else. No, Treble, not trouble. Though, a lot of adults call me that, too.”

At the age of 15, Zach decided his name was just too boring to fit such a mischievous face like his own. He gave himself the nickname Treble, based off the music note. It was similar to the term ‘Trouble’, one of his best traits, so it evenly matched. In an instant, Zach was discarded as a figment of lost remembrance, and the legacy of Trouble began. This ‘legacy’ brought him to the country, unfortunately.

Treble is male. It is very obvious by his masculine features and his strength. His mischievous, flirtatious personality makes it blatant, if his appearance isn’t enough of proof.

Treble was born on December 1st, 1994 in the city. He is now currently 18 years of age.

Treble's hair is fine, simple, but to his liking. The shade is a jet black, and it spikes up towards the center of his forehead. He rarely messes with it, and doesn't mind it at all like most boys who obsess over their looks. It's usually holding a messy outlook and tends to do what it wants. After all, the ladies like it crazy.

His eyes, however, tend to give off the perfect modification for attention. They are a mix between watery green and grey, but give off a faint glow and contain flecks of hazel—traits from both his parent’s genes.

Treble’s skin tone is strangely pale. As he spent most of his life in the gloomy city, there wasn’t much sun to bask in, thus it remained just as dull at his home. Although light, the shade isn’t anything noticeable, but dangerously unlike the country children.

Treble does indeed work out, giving him an evenly buff, masculine body shape for his age. He takes care himself when it comes to his health, even if that isn’t the same for his wellbeing and safety. He isn’t the kind of guy to go walking around without a shirt on for the girls to gawk at, but he’s aware he has a nice enough body to be proud of…and, as it seems, to work in the country.

[ Treble’s personality could go on forever, but we’ll keep it simple for the both of us, shall we? The city boy has many, many sides to him, all including his dark air. You might see him as the villain everyone loves for his secretive soft side, because let’s be honest, he’s not exactly a ‘good guy’ in his book; he’s a trouble maker that has buried himself in so much complication he’s found himself comfortable in the position, and would much cause trouble than seek help in the Country. To him, it’s better to have bitter attention than none of it at all, which may be the reason he grew up causing havoc in his household. His parents never paid much attention to him, causing the little boy to turn towards anger and bitterness—even if it was being scolded, at least they noticed him. Thus, Zachary became Treble, and he never looked back. He’s not an easy pushover and refuses to look down anyone else’s opinion but his; he’s arrogant, stubborn, and craves all eyes on him at every point. He may look suitable and strong on the outside, but on the inside, he’s crumbling away to corruption. While his parents truly were desperate to get him help, he believes they just wanted to get rid of him, causing to grow even more angry and twisted up for their betrayal. Treble only has one aspect on life, and that is to do what he wants.

Treble might come off as a bully, but in all honesty, he just as a thick skull and likes to get on people’s bad sides. He finds it amusing to get himself into trouble and will often score the street for it. He has a lot to hold on his shoulders, and even though others don’t see it, he tends to break down a lot, unable to keep everything in all at once. Keeping on a careless smirk and strutting around like he has everything under control only makes it worse to stay collected. He’s pushed away any hope of friendship, family, and love, and despises anything to do with it. Another trait that easily defines Treble is flirting and self-consciousness. While he may not be interested in selling his love, he finds it enjoyable to get attention with girls whenever given the chance. It’s the one thing that keeps him amused, happy, and the alpha in every situation. He’s a complete heartbreaker, and as terrible as it sounds, he likes it that way. Why should he care about hurting others, when his life has been a complete mess full of it? ]

[ Treble has a habit of snapping out at people. He’ll stay cool and collected as long as you stay out of his way, but once you’ve crossed paths, he won’t ever forget your face; he will do anything to protect himself, whether it be from taunting or lose threats. The city boy also can’t help himself from being curious, and seeks out trouble—that’s what shipped him to the country to begin with, and screwed everything up even worse than it already was. He likes attention, and he’ll do anything for it.

[ The only family he has ever come to know is his mother and father, who weren’t exactly there for him for most of his childhood. He has no siblings, and has been an only child his whole life. ]

- b r i e f h i s t o r y :
[ As a child, Treble’s parents were constantly busy. They had a rocky relationship and often fought with one another, forgetting that their only son was still in the picture and donned with loneliness. When the two refused to notice him, he turned to causing trouble and did just about anything so they would finally pay him attention; breaking his mother’s favorite vase, making a mess and not cleaning it up, throwing his bowls at the wall, and was even kicked out of elementary school at one point for fighting with another student. To his surprise, it worked, but their focus never lasted, and his parent’s expected him to shape up. His trouble-making increased. As he grew up, it only worsened, and Zachary became Treble, thus starting a new life and forgetting about wanting his parents to love him. When they realized what their son had become due to their absence, they were horrified. After crossing paths with the law, it was decided by court Treble would be sent to the country to escape ‘the temptations of the city’, until he could learn to control himself. ]
