Brechen snarled and ran after Dusk, pinning him down with strength he'd inherited at birth. "What do you mean, I'm BETA?"

Dusk snarled up at Brechen, fangs showing slightly. "That's exactly what I mean, your beta." He glared up at him, paws on his chest. "Let me up."

[growl]

Vesper's eyes furrowed. Why not make her Beta, when she had been training for more than half her life? She wasn't really sure where Bronte was though. Probably out hunting or something.

Dusk glared up at Brechen. "Let me up Brechen!" He snapped, eyes narrowed into angry slits.

Emerald walked to Hail's den. She was a little worried that he might be sick. She had a duty to him. He was her alpha after all.....Then when she saw his den she got a little freaked out. He was'nt there. "Howler have you seen or heard Hail?"

Brechen snarled and got up. "Why don't you make someone else beta? I've never even been in a pack, for crying out loud!" he growled.

Dusk rolled over so that his belly was touching the ground again. "Does it matter! Your someone I can trust and I know you can be a beta if you actually put some work into it!" Dusk snapped back at Brechen, standing up to face him now.

Brechen frowned and trotted away. "Fine. But don't be surprised if I'm gone one of these days."

Dusk snarled at Brechen. "I don't think you leaving would ever be a surprise, you've done it so many times before!" He called out to his brother's retreating form before laying back down to gnaw angrily on the mangled goose.

Emerald marched over to Dusk. "Where's Hail? He's dead is'nt he?" She asked.
