Hayden woke up to the sun shining in his face and birds singing just outside his window. He groaned and rolled over putting his pillow over his head. When he finally realized what day it was, he reached over and grabbed his phone. He texted Cali. Goodmorning babe. He sent the text. He always called her babe even though they were only friends.

Cali looked at her phone as soon as she heard it vibrate, 'Good morning cutie ' she sent as she continued to clean up her room and pack the rest of her clothes. She found it cute and pretty funny how he called her babe and she called him cutie or handsome, maybe even hottie. She went and took a shower, getting out she changed into, shorts, a tight black tank top, with black vans, she wore a little black bow in her hair. She wasn't a normal girly girl, she was actually a tom boy but she wanted to surprise her friends by wearing something girly there. She pulled her bookbag onto her back , 'Hayden, you want me to come get you so you don't have to drive anywhere?'

Tristen was up early, as usual. He was almost done packing his bag when Dyna padded in. "Good morning girl," He said with a small smile. Reaching down to pet her, he accidentally dropped his phone. Dyna, being the playful dog that she was, picked up the phone in her mouth and ran away with it. "Hey...!" Tristen ran around the house, trying to get his phone from Dyna.

Her eyes fluttered open as the sunlight pouring over her bed woke her up. With an almost reluctant sigh she sat up in bed, stretching and yawning before running a hand through her fiery red hair. She got out of bed and changed from her black fluffy pj bottoms and red tank top to ripped jeans and a black V-neck short sleeved shirt. Rebellion, her wolf hyburd, padded into the bedroom happily, yipping when she saw that Rose was awake. Rose giggled ever so slightly, petting the dog and ruffling her ears.

Hayden smiled as he got her goodmorning reply. He read the second text. Uhhh sure if it's not too much trouble. But give me time to get dressed unless you want me to just go in my boxers lol He sent the text with a small chuckle then got up to start getting dressed. He slipped on a shirt and some jeans and slipped his sunglasses on his collar to complete his outfit. He finished packing his bags and walked over to Chief and pet his head. "You ready to see Cali?" He asked the dog. Chief barked happily and turned circles in reply and Hayden laughed. "Ok. Ok" He pulled his phone out of his back pocket. Ok babe. Chief and I are ready to go!

Tristen finally managed to get his phone back from Dyna. Breathing hard, he finished packing and made sure the house was clean before he left. He had put a neighbor in charge of the ranch while he was gone, so he wasn't worried about anything happening during his absence. He headed out to the train station, buying a ticket and boarding the train for the short trip to Cali's place. "Alright, Dyna, ready to see Cali?" Dyna yipped a reply and curled up in the seat.

Cali laughed at his response then when he sent okay she ran downstairs, "Boys!" she yelled as her two male dogs came rushing down the stairs. She pet one who was her mom's dog and the other who was a red husky and he was her's for a fact. She pointed outside and picked up her book bag, 'Tristen you almost here?' she sent then chuckled at Hayden's response. 'Your silly, but I'll be over as soon as tristen comes over." she responded and put her dog in the trunk of her jeep. She took out the window of her trunk, so the dog could get some air and put her bookbag in the backseat. She grinned as she waited patiently.

Hayden smiled at Cali's reaponse. Oh I'm silly? Says the redheaded crazy person. Chief is excited to see you and Shadka. This should be a great summer! I can't wait!

Tristen pulled his phone out of his pocket as he felt it vibrate. "Oh, it's Cali." "Yes Cali, the train should be there in about an hour," he sent, and settled in his seat as the train left the station. He waited eagerly as the train sped through the countryside, passing small towns and fields.
