Silverwater licked his ear, glad he was okay. He started to pad back to the camp.
Splashingriver followed, but stopping and waiting for Echostar.

Bramblestrike followed Silverwater back to camp, looking forward to a good night's sleep.

Silverwater curled up in her nest and immediately fell asleep.

Echostar nodded and followed Splashingriver. Maybe she didn't need to do much else today. It had been a long sun. Her eyes glowed brightly, still illuminated with the heat of the battle and the smarts of the crutch. Her Clan was okay, and that's all that mattered.

Bramblestrike curled into his nest and fell asleep instantly.

The next morning, he woke up much later than usual. He stretched and yawned, thankful for the long rest.

[dr. pugs]

Echostar curled up in a little ball and quickly fell asleep.

That morning she woke up early, turning over and over. She couldn't sleep though. Her thoughts kept drifting to Splashingriver... his wild enjoyableness. His fun nature. His smart and wise side. How he accepted the crutch without question and kept going for her. She shook her head. She couldn't think like this. Not now.

Silverwater woke feeling stiff. She got up and stretched, the stiffness evaporating in her lean muscles.
Splashingriver woke up in the medicine den, still thinking about Echostar.
Boneclaw padded into the warriors den and poked Bramblestrike. "I set some patrols for you since you were tired."

Shadow feather yawned and trotted happily over to the medicine den, she entered carrying a vole, dropping it by splashing river she smiled "Thought I might bring you something, a sort of welcome home gift!" she added, smiling.

Rushing kit yawned and sped out side, he chased a leaf playfully but playing like this reminded him of something, he ran to the leaders den "May I enter echo star please?" he asked nervously.
