Okay, I have seriously got people who canceled my trades,sending a message "This trade was automatically canceled because one of the pets was moved or deleted" or whatever the automatic trade message is, and i'm thinking, "Okay, people, I can actually tell, you know!"

Nah, if they actually 'say' it, they're being lazy and not taking the time to write out a real message.

The arrogance of a certain staff member.
I have seen three trades from them. Just three.
Two were for me, blatantly ignoring two of my three rules. One was for a newbie friend on the 18th, attempting to scam them for their toxic pup.
I cancelled the latest of their two trades, pointing out that they once again ignored my rules.
And they ranted about me 'canceling a fair trade just because they didn't leave a message'.
First off, I already had the pet they were offering. Second, not reall fair, as the demand of staff pups is higher then that of the second gen they offered for swap. And it wasn't even WL.

Can someone explain the logic here, pretty please?

Yeah but its annoying. I mean, if they don't tell me why they're canceling, how am I supposed to fix it? Or, if there isn't a reason, other than they like the pet, then just tell me that. I'll understand...
