I have a new rule guys. Just because I want to make it so everyone who wants one has a decent chance to get them. I am capping the limit of icons at 3 each.

If you are posting for someone else, you may ask again (beyong the 3 limit rule), but I will need proof that it is a gift for someone and it is because that person can't get in the round in time or isnt able to post. < Talk to me about this, I am still trying to work out a good system for this.

Ya I was thinking about it this morning and Kita brought it up. I knew I needed a cap but wasn't sure the number 3 seemed to fit best. I will work with people who are gifting icons or getting one for the friend who cant make a round in time, but I will need proof that they aren't just trying to get around the rule. ^_^
