An affiliate is some one, who advertises an Adoption center,(In this case it's yours) in exchange for the owner who owns the adoption center's advertising.
So like, I would put your adoption center's link\stamp\banner on my adoption center's main page, and you would put my adoption's center's link\stamp\banner on your adoption center's main page!
