[FamineMyth]

I whine, looking at her sadly. I couldn't believe Sammy was dead.. What was I supposed to do now?

[Patch.]

Mazzy touches her forehead to Griffin's before moving to Sammy's unmoving body. She moves her hands to close Sammy's shirt up, but her hand brushes her stomach. Out of no where, her stomach starts to recoil, like it always did when it was brushed gently. Mazzy's heart stops for a second then she looks over at Griffin. "I could've sworn her belly just twitched."

[FamineMyth]

My ears flick forward and I sniff at Sammy. "Is she breathing?" I ask.

[Patch.]

Mazzy leans down towards Sammy's chest and listens. "It's faint!" her voice is hoarse with excitement. "Talk to her Griffin. Hold her hand."

[FamineMyth]

I quickly shift and sit down beside Sammy, taking her hand. My face is pale and wet with tears.

[Patch.]

"Talk to her," Mazzy whispers again, putting Sammy's head on her legs.

[FamineMyth]

I quickly look at Mazzy."What do I say?" I choke. Sammy was alive, but just barely... and I still didn't think she remembered, so I didn't know what to do.

[Patch.]

"Speak softly to her: say her name, ask her to wake up, tell her how pretty she is! I don't know!" Mazzy starts muttering in a language that sounded like French.

[FamineMyth]

I gulp. Sammy felt cold, So I absently rubbing the top of her hand."Sammy," I say softly, like I always had when she had been sad or agitated or anything like that.

[Patch.]

"Keep going," Mazzy encourages gently.
