Since it is a photograph I am not sure if copyright laws allow me to draw this exact dog. Would there be any differences to make sure I am not breaking the rules? The only way I would feel comfortable is if it was not the exact dog or if you took the picture yourse.

Well, I've had her for a while, and there has been no problem with her design. I'm not sure if you can really copyright a natural design like that, but if you're still not comfortable, you could do Sparrow :3
