Oh um... Now where did that form go... Aha ther it i- Oh, I didn't see you there! Hello! My name is Tigger,  I am one of Luna's favorite Chibbus. She is too busy with her designing to make this thread(lazy!), so I have decided to do it! I am a little scatterbrained but this should work... I hope~

2. You can only breed your Chibbu with one other so choose wisely~
3. Certain Chibbus can't breed so if Luna says no then listen to her~
4. Listen to peoples conditions please~
