The head witch walked over to pepper, and used a sharp knife to cut open her palm. pepper offered a paw, in witch the woman cut open and then pressed their palms together, letting the blood touch. they held it that way for a moment before the woman let go. The woman's assistant supplied a lenthy document and set it on the ground, to have pepper step on it, her blood being her signature. The witch did the same, pressing her hand to the parchment.
