She was quickly approaching adulthood, and took time to appreciate the males that were scattered around the pasture, grinning to herself as the idea that they were handsome finally struck her. Hana, watching her daughter, knew what was happening and giggled happily -- her little girl was growing up! "I love you too, dear," She murmured, and nuzzled her mate, closing her eyes contentedly and sighing.
Coal watched her with an amused little smile on his face, his eyes dancing as he looked out into the pasture, which didn't look like it had been damaged at all. "You never have to apologize to me for being who you are," He replied gently, kissing her again. She was addictive: the more time he spent with her, the more he loved her, the more he couldn't imagine ever going without her. Even her little quirks only made her that much more attractive to him. After all, what was beauty without a little oddity to make it unique? She was like the night sky with an extra spattering of stars.
Shay let her smile fall into a frown as the male trotted away, gently nuzzling the colt. "Hey there, darling," She crooned, very gentle and caring-like, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you." Forest sighed, sad the father was so rude but glad the colt would at least be looked after.
Galaxy's Mystery cried softly. "Daddy!"
Camo sighed and turned back to forest.
Blue helped Red walk.
