Living with the Chubs-A Chub Horse Roleplay

"Hi." Forest said, curiously looking the new chub over and wondering if the colt belonged to them.

Candytuft grinned as he blushed, she found it so adorable and sweet, and kissed him again warmly. "I'm just so glad I got to you before some other lucky mare did."

Moon had her head down "I'm moving... To Europe.."

Melting Shadow grabbed the foal by the scruff. "Bad." he said.

Scribble smiled. "I'm the lucky one."

Bronze's peaceful expression quickly soured, falling into a deep frown, his eyes holding disbelief. "Wha... but...," He stuttered, trying to comprehend what she had told him. After the words settled heavily upon his heart, he managed only to whisper sorrowfully, "But... how could I ever live without you? What about our children?" His eyes looked more soulful and full of sadness than they ever had before. His head hung low, his tail swept across the grass.

"I assume he belongs to you, then?" Forest asked, one eyebrow raised. He didn't quite agree with the rough behavior the male was showing the small colt.

"Naaah." Candytuft chirped, then giggled impishly. "Besides, I got a two for one deal: a mate, AND a father for my kids." She winked and hugged him tightly, sighing contentedly.

Chat overheard. "Does that mean Star Bronzed is leaving too?"

Melting Shadow rolled his eyes. "I don't WANT to be a father, I breed with all kinds of mares." Maria, his owner, walked over. "We have another mare here to meet you." she said.

Scribble laughed.

Moon ssaid "My owner, me, and Shooting will be going.." she began to cry. Then nodded and Chat.

Chat gasped. "Bu-"

"Well, why isn't his mother looking after him, then?" Forest looked at the colt a bit worriedly. "If you don't want to look after him, then his mother should, right?"

Candytuft giggled and leaned against him, staring into his wonderful eyes.

Bronze slowly leaned forward and kissed her, trying to comfort her even though his mind was whirling: how would he survive without Moon? He barely remembered life before her, and not only was he losing Moon, but he was losing his son, his firstborn child, and one of his two wonderful new daughters, who he hadn't had nearly enough time with lately. "No," He whispered softly, "This isn't fair." But he knew there was nothing he could do about it. Aurora heard the news and ran to her twin, tears streaming down her face, "You're leaving?!" She shrieked, sobbing.

Moon said "Ginger got a job as a lawyer for some guy in Europe. He is a huge movie star and Ginger had to say yes and...and. I Just Can't!"

Shooting hugged her twin "I'll be back.. I have a plan.." she whispered

Melting Shadow rolled his eyes. "She is resting." Galaxy's Mystery whinnied in pain, as his father hadn't let go. Camo sighed.

Scribble stared back, and jokingly neighed "It's rude to stare!"

Chat cried. "Where is Star Bronzed?"
