TigerLilly remembered about Spencer, and about now that they'd had their lunch, they'd better get home, for their mid-day rest, she started, walking in the direction of the main burrow, making lead calls, to tell the others to follow, not bothering to pick up Bane, because he could keep up easily.

Spenser squeaked in pain as they got home

They reached the main burrow, TigerLilly sat down, it was time for their mid-day nap, but someone had to stay on guard, but it couldn't be Spencer, he needed his rest, it couldn't be Bane, because he was a pup, and it couldn't be Poppy, because, TigerLilly didn't quite trust her with those duties yet, so she had to stay awake while her family slept, she would catch up on her sleep tonight, after they forage for dinner, later.

Bane

Bane scampered behind Tigerlilly, the large beetle wedged tightly between his tiny teeth. He wanted to show the other how good he was going. Before he laid down for a nap, he showed Poppy and Spencer his tasty looking beetle. He plopped down beside Tigerlilly, munching up the beetle and stretching out. He eyed Tigerlilly from the corner of her eye, watching her be look out. He wondered what it was like to be big and grown up.

Poppy

Poppy wanted to be guard. She sat down and looked at Tigerlilly, studying her. She had just barely met up with this group, but she felt like she could fit in just fine. But she knew Tigerlilly didn't trust her. That was understandable, but what would become of her when Tigerlilly's family started growing? How much would she be trusted then?

Spenser squeaked in pain still.

TigerLilly looked at Spencer, she squeaked at him to get some rest, and to try not to move, then she continued watching out for the group.

Spenser soon was asleep.

Poppy

Poppy snorted quietly and settled into her favorite sleeping position. She dreamed of being the leader, of having her own family. She snorted in her sleep, a smile on her small face.

Bane

Bane tried to sleep but couldn't. He rolled onto his tummy and gazed at Tigerlilly. He pawed at her, asking for her attention.
